From the balcony you can watch horses, in winter there is a ski track maintained by a private person, from where access to the provincial resort, in the fall mushrooms and berries await their picker, great trail networks for mountain biking or hiking. All of this and more just 2.5km from the center of Jämsänkoski. In the kitchen, all the appliances you need, plus a wood stove.

The cottage is new, cozy, and spacious. Everything was working well. Guests were well thought out. The cottage was stocked with hand towels, toilet paper, paper towels, salt, pepper, filter paper, and more, which may easily be forgotten by the visitor. The cooking utensils were of high quality, unlike many airbnb listings. Terttu was very thoughtful and hospitable in his communication. The cottage is in the middle of the woods, so the family's dogs could relax while we were on the hillside. I can definitely recommend this cottage as very cozy and well equipped in a quiet place! As a host, Terttu did a great job and everything was effortless!
