If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, separate rec room (pool table, dart board, bar, arcade, tv) BBQ grill, hot tub, scavenger hunt, yard games, etc.....

You'll love your stay in this clean cottage with its covered patio, working fireplace & breathtaking sunset views.

Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

The double-lot property provides expansive views of the lake (in front) and private pond (out back). There's also a backyard bunkhouse. The Loon's Nest is very dog-welcoming. The yards are not fenced, but we provide ground stakes & cables. Additionally, guests enjoy the FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting).

Seahorse Cottage

Just a short walk from the water (2 min, NOT lakefront, side street). Crystal lake is 5.3 miles. There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. The large double lot sometimes has guests in a camper on the 2nd lot and a shared firepit. Golfcarts are allowed. Valid photo ID and phone number will be required immediately after booking.

This house boasts knotty pine cathedral ceilings, 2 gathering/ living areas, a gas grill, and a large deck. There's a back door that opens to a fenced in yard for you four legged family members. The beach, fishing pier, playground, and boat access are steps away across the street at the end of the driveway. This house is not on the water side of street. It is on hilltop with views. There are NO DOGS ALLOWED in the lake. PET FEES ADDED AT TIME OF RESERVATION - pls ask.
