Gillsättra is an old, charming row house village. In the middle of the island, close to everything. 6 km to the nearest beach. 11 km to the popular Bjärbybadet on the east side and 12 km to Färjestaden. Many nice opportunities for walking. In the countryside, there are flies, roosters that crow, the smell of coal, and work being done on the farm. Smaller dogs are welcome; larger dogs will be too crowded in the small apartment.

Vickleby is located in the World Heritage Site of Southern Öland's Agricultural Landscape, on the edge of Stora Alvaret, with its unique flora and two km away from the sea with swimming or windsurfing at Haga Park, or bird watching at Beijershamn. About 4 km to the beach. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping centers, restaurants and a large ICA store are located. 4 km to Ölandsbron. 30 km to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring a bath towel and your own bed linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we charge a cleaning fee of SEK 800!
