My little green Granny house - near Corn Palace

This cozy house has so much to offer with sleeping for 4 to 8 and could accommodate more with the pack-and-play. King bed sleeps two, full size bed, and two full size sleeper sofas each sleep one or two people. Extra blankets and pillows in rooms. Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. No smoking. No parties. Great place to relax and enjoy.

The Historic Haunted Dairy Coach House (Sept/Oct)

During Sept/Oct we embrace local folklore and turn into the haunted dairy coach house ( enjoy our many creepy antiques) Centrally located in the sleepy town of Colton just minutes away from prime hunting and fishing and just a stones throw away from the biggest city in the state. The cabin sits on the same property as Tellberg's Gym LLC, which guests will also have access to. Forget some essentials for your trip? We are close to retailers. Need a bite to eat? There are several nearby places.

Derecho House- Room for Trailers and Motorcycles

Stay in a “barndominium”. The Derecho House is a private living quarter within a shed. Room for trailers and hunter’s welcome. Dogs allowed for extra fee & rules. It was rebuilt after it was completely destroyed by a Derecho in 2022. Enjoy a cozy living area with two tv’s, WiFi and streaming. Full kitchen. Private bedroom with a sliding barn door. Enjoy the wide open spaces and sounds of nature on a private patio with an overhang. Close to I-90 for easy access to Sioux Falls and Mitchell.

Located in a small town. Town has a grocery store, gas station, Bar and Grill , Vet clinic, car repair shop, Chiroprator, and Post Office. The house has two bedrooms and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances , dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .

Beautiful Cozy Country Cabin

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space where you’ll feel right at home. The charming bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and the living room has a queen size pull out couch. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you’ll need. The bathroom has a walk in shower with toiletries. I put in a lot of effort to keep this space clean so that your stay is as comfortable as possible! Two miles from I 90. We have a large property with lots of parking space.

This nostalgic farm house creates a great location for families to stop on their way through South Dakota on I-90 to let the kids run and do a load of laundry. Also great for hunters looking for more than a single room to enjoy the area's abundant public land to pheasant hunt. Welcome, everyone! Our home, built in 1925, is located in the heart of the historical area of downtown Mitchell. It is situated next to the World’s Only Corn Palace and includes off-street parking for two vehicles. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, which makes for a nice. The open room on the first floor makes for a nice common pace for people to hangout with each other. Out the back door is a patio area where you can enjoy the weather outside. I have a few AirBnBs in these townhouse. This give a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other.
