Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. In my apartment has a lovely balcony to view the coming and goings of St Kilda. You will be near the stunning Catani Gardens, the ever popular St Kilda Beach and 500 metres to some fabulous restaurants, coffee shops and all the action. The St Kilda Festival in February is on your door step. Secure off street parking. I am very happy to greet you or give you privacy the choice is yours. I am a St Kilda resident and understand the area and all it has to offer. St Kilda is close to all the action. The beach is an iconic part of Australia with a number of fun activities. Come see the penguins, dive out of a plane, or take a cruise from the nearby harbour. The Apartment is just near the Skybus drop off and pick up for Melbourne's International airport, cost is approximately $19. There is the 96 Tram to the CBD just outside the front door. Ubers galore at your disposal and the big Red Double Decker bus is immediately accessible for you. The apartment comes with a car park and I can help you with hire car information.
