great room, kitchenette and coffee made it very useful yo have snacks and beverages. spacious and cozy.

We were so pleased with our accommodations at Club Donatello. The beds were super comfortable with awesome sheets. It was very quiet, day and night, and the entire room - the entire hotel, actually - was immaculate. Although Covid restrictions meant no coffee was being served on the club level, it was unexpectedly lovely up there with a large wrap-around terrace. Meimei was extremely responsive and helpful. I have already recommended this airbnb to friends and definitely plan to be back.

Exactly as advertised and great value. Randi reached out before my trip and was easy to get a hold of in case I needed anything, but it wasn’t necessary!

This place is very quaint and also in a good central location to get buses and food. We enjoyed the responsiveness of the host since we had some issues with our toilet flushing, and the cleaning staff was also very nice. They also provided a good amount of amenities that made things easier, like soap and plastic forks, even water in the room and the lobby. I would recommend people to stay here. The room is definitely older, but we had a pleasant stay.

For anyone skeptical, let me just put your mind at ease, it’s definitely not the four seasons, but I was actually impressed by the quality of the room, the bed, the bathroom, and especially the people working. Here are just absolutely fantastic. This isn’t a get what you paid for place, it’s a great deal in the most expensive city

This is for a room at the WorldMark hotel, which is a timeshare, but there was no hard pitch from the employees. Clean space with a microwave, mini fridge, and sink, plus plates, bowls, silverware, and napkins. Very close to Union Square and lots of restaurants, and less than a mile walk to Salesforce Millennium Tower (which is why I booked it). Internet is extra ($5 for two devices for a day, and multi-day offers). Sanford was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

We stayed at the airbnb while my husband attended a 5 day conference at Moscone. It was less than 20 minute walk to the convention center, but also nearby buses which my husband used a few times. The location was fantastic, one block away from Union Square, walkable to many sites including TransAmerica building, Chinatown, Union Square, etc. Our room was actually better than pictured, we were given a corner room so great views in 2 directions. In that layout, the couch is smaller but the room seemed bigger. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom spacious. We used both the refrigerator and the microwave a few times, but I usually went upstairs to the club room on 15th floor for coffee in the mornings. All the employees were very friendly and I enjoyed the Wednesday Happy Hour that served wine and cheese for a small fee. We will definitely stay here again next January for the annual conference.

I lucked out finding this listing when I did! Wanted to stay the night in the city after the GN tour (Kendrick Lamar & Sza) and hotels were either full or too much. Decided to try airbnb for the first time and was surprised to find a listing for this room. I'd heard Hotel Fiona renovated awhile ago but living so close to the city, I don't usually think about getting a hotel for a staycation or anything. Glad I was able to check it out. Rooms are really nice and clean. Don't have to worry about dirty feet from gross, dirty carpets- bare floors 👏🏽 Front desk guy was nice and friendly, as was the girl who was on shift around 11pm Thursday after the concert. Definitely recommend booking this listing.

A great spot to settle down and regroup after a night on the town. If you don't mind walking, it's pretty close to most tourist spots. The clerks here were also very helpful with my questions, recommendations around the city, and overall had a wonderful attitude.

Heated pool was a pleasant surprise! Got to swim in the rain. The location is in the heart of one of the worst parts of SF but the management does an amazing job at keeping the place safe. Would stay here again in the future. $28 to park was a little annoying but they have security to keep the place safe which is worth it to pay and not get your car stolen or windows smashed.

I had a wonderful stay! Although there was a small hiccup with an overbooking, the hosts were incredibly proactive and had solutions ready right away. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and I honestly ended up even more impressed than if everything had gone according to plan. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—such a lovely touch. Highly recommend this place

Room matches the description and was much larger than I thought it would be! No hidden fees like the rest of San Fran were charging me and parking cost were reasonable. Kalven was very reassuring and helped guide me through the process of booking his place. Thank you for a lovely stay mate, appreciate it!

Nice place, close to everything in Uptown.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here and we would definitely stay here again whenever we visit San Fran. Highly recommend if you want to be close to the union square with great restaurants!

We loved the Broadmoor Hotel! It was just "funky" enough, but still met my standards for cleanliness. The hotel staff were so nice, we got fresh towels every day, and there was always someone at the desk to answer any questions we had. It's very eclectic, which we like. There are still some active older people who live there and all that we spoke with loved it. The free breakfast was a huge benefit. The food was good and the servers were very attentive and friendly. We did not need to communicate with Larkin because she had anticipated everything we would need. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us! If you want new and fancy, it might not be for you, but if you want clean, friendly, and priced right, it's perfect. Thanks, Larkin!

Had an issue checking in and the reservation wasn’t showing in their system. Took a bit to get in touch with the host, but was able to get everything sorted out in the end. Very nice hotel and staff were very helpful.

The host and co-hosts are helpful and responsive. The stay was comfortable and all the amenities listed were provided. The front desk receptionists were open to questions and has provided helpful information on how to navigate the area and spots to check out.

I honestly had such a great experience. The location is near to the golden gate bridge and easy to get around the city. The pods themselves were clean, cozy, and surprisingly private for a shared space. Staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything tidy.
