My wife and I stayed 4 nights. Excellent place. Great location. Has everything you need. I’ll miss the ferry ⛴️ boat going by every morning and afternoon. Highly recommend this place to stay. The Sullivan’s UTAH

What a great location and home! No needs at all… just show up and you’re ready to relax! Great view of the entire area. Peaceful sleep in a clean home with plenty of room to enjoy. Brett is over the top helpful and responsive. This will become our normal Homer stay location moving forward - as long as there is availability as it books fast!

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb and would definitely come back again. The location is excellent—just a short and easy walk to town. We loved being able to grab coffee, shop, or go out to eat without needing a car. At the same time, the neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful, and felt completely safe, even at night. The house itself is clean, spacious, and full of nice homely touches. It’s clear the host has put thought into making it comfortable, from soft blankets to a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well every night. One big plus was the strong and reliable WiFi, which was perfect for working remotely and streaming shows. The space is also great for relaxing, with a comfy living area and even a lovely little outdoor spot to enjoy the sun. Check-in was simple, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. We would recommend to stay here.

Amazing little spot perfect for a couple, it was clean, comfortable, had laundry and close to the airport, exactly what we needed to end our AK trip and the value was great! Def recommend and would stay here again!

This home was absolutely beautiful, private, and conveniently located. I wasn't sure it would be worth the nightly rate, but after staying there would say it exceeded our expectations. The grounds were well kept, inside was immaculate, and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of open common space and the bathroom was huge with updated laundry machines. It's about a 2-minute drive to the Fairgrounds and 5 minutes to the golf course and downtown Palmer. We would definitely stay there again.

Beachwood Manor was the ideal place to stay and relax. The view of Cook Inlet and Mount Redoubt is breathtaking. Carl's create talents are shown throughout the property. Carl provided great information on local venues to explore. Everything we needed was provided. We would definitely stay again if we were in the Kenia area.

Great place. Quiet and peaceful. We were one couple and an adult child and we had plenty of room. Home was well appointed. Close to town by car. Host was absolutely wonderful. Would stay there again and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had an amazing time staying here! Our flight was delayed 6 hours, and to make an already frustrating start of our trip easier Daniel unlocked the door and had the lights turned on for us when we got there to ensure that we didn’t have any issues upon arrival. Very responsive and friendly! We loved chatting with you guys on our way out to go fishing! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cannot say enough about Mrs. Yvonne and this place. The view is stunning, the property and host were amazing and the activities near by were so easy to get to! Yvonne was super knowledgeable of the area and was always willing to help with any questions we had! If you visit Kodiak, this is a great place to stay!

Studio was cozy and had all the amenities! Great place to relax and work while also exploring around Anchorage! We will definitely book again!

The stay here was great, quick turn around for my family and I who drove up on a Wednesday and left the next morning. Really was a nice place and all amenities necessary for any stay, wish we could have stayed longer but ultimately knew it was going to be a up and back down trip for us, both. Both Caleb and co/host Grace ensured we were set up for success prior to our arrival, even asked and prepared a pack and play for our 18mo old toddler who was also with us, so that itself was a perk for us. Nothing but positive feedback here from us, play was nice and clean, area was quite at night, king size bed was comfy and had enough living space area to make it feel more than comfortable for the family, would highly recommend and definitely suggest future BNBR’s to check out Caleb and Grace’s listing for sure. Wendy’s place is a beautiful, super clean studio space. It’s private yet they are onsite if you need something. She checked on me a couple of times to see if I needed anything. She even provided a things to do list and places to eat. I highly recommend staying at this cute place in North Pole.

This place was in a great location. We were super late getting in, so it was nice to be so close to the airport.

Daniel's space was quiet and clean. Communications, check in, and check out were flawless. Excellent experience.

Ryan’s place was awesome. The hot tub on the back deck coupled with the private family setting and the view was awesome. If you’re traveling with a group that needs more than two bedrooms, this place is stellar. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

This home was perfect for three couples and added plus we could Bring our dogs! Spacious, clean and great views from those amazing living room windows!. The deck was enormous and if we had another night would have loved using the fire pit. This kitchen had everything we needed and more. Easily the most generous kitchen and cooking supplies I've ever seen in a rental. We would definitely Make this first choice when returning to Soldotna. A

We had a fantastic stay! The room was beautifully put together, spotless, and Travis was a warm and welcoming host. His place is in a perfect location—an easy walk to town, yet wonderfully quiet and serene.

An and Yao were fantastic hosts. We had a pleasant time and they were very accommodating and communicative! The space itself is large and the view to the lake is beautiful. We have zero complaints!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lakeside Villa, especially being able to sit outside and enjoying the serenity of the lake.

Jacob was a most welcoming host who was available when needed yet was also protective of our privacy. One evening we held a wedding rehearsal dinner with about 25-30 people for which his house was perfectly set up. All of our friends and family were surprised that we could find such a beautiful and functional facility. Jacob’s house will be an important part of the fond lifetime memories we made during our week of wedding activities.
