Beautiful family house of 190 m² for eight people, quiet and not overlooked, in the small village of Vestric and Candiac (home village of Marquis de Montcalm ). Walled garden with unfenced swimming pool of 9m x 4m (depth 1.40 m) secured by an alarm ( children who are not swimming must remain under supervision ) and summer kitchen equipped with a plancha. Closed parking for four cars is available for your use. We prefer to rent from Saturday to Saturday for summer periods.

Small house freshly renovated in a quiet and green environment, close to the historic center. Guests can enjoy a pleasant little shaded garden not overlooked with its terrace. Free parking reserved in front of the house. Tram 2 at 400 m 30 min to Comédie on foot or 15 min to tram, 15 minutes from the beach by car. An outdoor hot tub can be provided on request. Parties are strictly prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood and because we live next door.
