An elevated position looking towards the Dolfor hills, giving panoramic views over the old mill town of Newtown. A short walk into the town and the River Severn. An ideal base for walking, canoeing and cycling and anyone wishing to enjoy the beautiful countryside of Powys. Our apartment is modern, quirky, cosy and private with ample, easy parking. Given the location, the access is steep and although tarmaced, may not be suited to elderly, infirm or inexperienced drivers.

Modern house located 1 mile from town centre in a quiet rural hamlet. Next to canal path & River Severn. Parking available. Wifi, TV and use of kitchen if required. Host has good knowledge of local area. I usually live in this house when not on AirB&B, therefore this is my home too. Please note if you want a hotel style house/room consider using the Elephant and Castle in Newtown.
