Private entrance and exit to terrace. No stairs. You can walk along the water - through the forest to Aarhus city center. It is 5 km away. Bus stop just around the corner and shopping options 1 km from the property

Large bright 1st floor in Aarhus N close to town and nature

We rent our delicious 1st floor of 58 sqm. The floor is cozy, and consists of two large rooms, a kitchen/living room and a bathroom. Note that the photos don't show current furniture. There is a 140 bed, a 160 cm bed and a sofa bed. There's a shared entrance with a private entrance to the floor, as well as free wifi, laundry, and parking. It is possible to rent for longer periods of time. There's free parking, and good light rail and bus connections to downtown. It is 1 km to the Mall of the North and 4 km to Aarhus H.

Welcome to a nice, quiet area close to everything. The forest, Tivoli, local shops and grocery stores are all nearby. The light rail stops 5 min. from here. It will quickly take you downtown. You can also walk to get there. The apartment is in the basement with a private entrance, bathroom and (small) kitchen. Our laundry room is in the basement, but we will coordinate in advance if we need to use it (only relevant for longer stays). Fast Wifi and easy access to the highway. Free parking.

Lots of sightseeing opportunities such as Marselisborg Palace and "The Infinite Bridge" are within walking distance. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, a balkony and a washing mashine. There is a carport for free parking. Also there is a bus stop less than two minutes away and the bus takes approx 10 minutes to reach the city center.

Boligen ligger 5 minutters gang fra stationen og herfra er der 15 minutter med tog til Aarhus hovedbanegård. Der er også kort til bus med adgang til Aarhus. Jeg har selv elbil, så der er mulighed for opladning for din elbil, hvis du har behov (pris 3 kroner/0,40 Euro pr kWh). Der findes en lynlader 200 meter væk.
