Fantastic, south facing, 180 degree panoramic views to water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its very best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

2 bedroom charming and very cozy apartment on the 4th floor in the heart of Aarhus, in the middle of the islands with the most beautiful view of all Aarhus. Shops, cafes, Botanical Garden, forest and beach in a radius of 500m. In the apartment there is a cozy kitchen-living room and a combined living room/bedroom. The bed is 140cm wide. Private room on 5th floor with no access. There is a TV and wifi. The apartment is perfect for the couple or a single who wants to experience Aarhus within walking distance.

I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house. Perfect spot for visiting Aarhus. Relaxed and quiet recreational zone outside the suburbs, new and superb guesthouse on the owners premise. Stylish decoration, comfortable beds, splendid kitchen. Take your shoes off inside. Green bicycle path along the river into the town centre and out into the surroundings. Hans Christian is a very kind, modest, flexibel and friendly host. All in all: better than our already high hopes.

Great apartment with a unique view over the sea and the city in a nice walkable area with shops and food spots around, everything was clean, all amenities you would need are available, the parking and self check in was easy and flexible - would definitely recommend!

The bathroom features a modern sink with a sleek faucet and a spacious countertop. A large mirror reflects the well-organized space, accompanied by stylish dispensers and a candle. Soft green towels hang nearby, complementing the clean lines of the tiled wall.

Good studio space, bright and clean. The bed was comfortable, both the kitchen and bathroom were functional and well equipped. The balcony space was a nice plus. The laundry facilities and small gym were great to have and functional. It's very close to the hospital, so it's useful for internships. There's a Lidl and an Ikea within walking distance for shopping. Only negatives I would say are the thin walls (I could often hear my upstairs and next door neighbors but most people were respectful so it wasn't a big problem) and the distance to the center of the city (nothing to do around the area but about 30 min distance on the tram or 20 min by bike). Also because Airbnb is not their main platform, they are not very communicative on the app, but there's an email on their site. Overall, a good value for money option.

Had a lovely time at Victoria’s place, the location is prime and walkable to all spots in city centre. The place is spotless and very cozy. Victoria is super quick to respond to messages and was very helpful throughout my stay, would definitely recommend!

Esther's place was great, very cozy and clean. It was in a nice neighborhood with lots of beautiful brick builds, bus stops, supermarkets. I would stay again for sure!
