Velkommen hjem! Lejligheden ligger i "Isbjerget", her bor du tæt på centrum (5 min i bil/1,5 km) af den jyske hovedstad Aarhus – populært betegnet som verdens mindste storby. I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Her et lækkert køkken alrum, bad, soveværelse og altan med udsigt over havn og hav. Det fantastisk at åbne ud til altanen og nyde den friske havluft samt nyde et glas vin til udsigten.

The house is located on the beach with private access. Spectacular views over the bay. The beach is good for kids as it’s shallow and easy. The house is 125 m2 on two floors. It has two separate bedrooms and a single bed on the repos. A large kitchen and living room. Bathroom with washing machine. The area is quiet and sought after by both danish and foreign holidaymakers. Close by is a little marina. Shopping five kilometres away. Heating included and wood for fireplace provided in winter.

Der er 3 soveværelser, 1 stue og 1 bad/toilet. Der er et mini-køkken med 2 kogeplader, et mini-køleskab, og ovn. Egen indgang og udgang til terrasse. Ingen trapper. Man kan gå langs vandet - gennem skoven til Aarhus midtby. Der er 5 km. Busstoppested lige om hjørnet og shoppingmuligheder 1 km fra boligen
