Vacation rentals with a patio in 9th arrondissement

Selma was lovely to communicate with and was very responsive. The apartment is good for one to two people - we LOVED the location and neighborhood. Obviously the highlight is the location and metro - plus the beautiful design and features. We live in the city and are used to noise and lived across from the metro in our city - but the noise and vibration at this location were disrupting to us. The metro does stop at night but that means between about 1am - 6am in our experience (we stayed Saturday-Friday). All in all a great find and it suited us well. The updates and new finishes stand out as a nice design. The terrace was really cute we had a snack out there a couple days. The two door entry was very secure and easy to navigate. Really convenient to have a washing machine on site including a drying rack! Thank you Selma for hosting us on our first trip to Paris, we appreciate you!

The apartment is an oasis in the city. We felt very safe with two small children and enjoyed the peace and quiet after the trip to the city. The condo is well appointed and clean. Everything necessary and toys were available for the children. The metro is a few minutes' walk away, from there you can drive about 20 minutes to Notre Dame and other attractions. We particularly liked the beautiful, cozy terraces! With breakfast from the supermarket downstairs in the house, a great start to the day. Right on the next corner is a park with lots of play opportunities for children. So perfect for a family to combine city and play. But also very nice without children, there are 3 workplaces for remote work! We will be happy to come back!

I think this room is very good overall.It is about 15 minutes walk from here to the C Line train station, and the living environment is quiet.The room is equipped with everything you need, and check-in and check-out are also very easy and convenient.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

The apartment is even more stunning than shown a nd the location in a highly desirable area of Saint German desPres making it ideal for exploring Paris. Sitting in the stunning apartment is a cherished experience. The apartment is quiet with views out the many windows of charming Parisian area and fun to watch the women working in the flower shop a few shops away set up for the morning. The small Beautifully decorated Delacroix museum is steps away

This is a lovely apartment in which to stay for a few days. The location is incredible, while it is has lovely outdoor space with fragrant jasmine blooming. Vincent was very helpful and responsive when I was trying to sort out the laundry machine. The beds were very comfortable and the inner courtyard orientation of the apartment meant it was peaceful despite the bustle of the neighborhood. I think the apartment would work best for a small family, as the bathrooms are oddly configured (One bedroom has a tiny full bath, but the other has a shower & sink in it while its toilet is across the apartment next to the kitchen.) and the bedrooms have no windows so we needed to keep the bedroom doors open at night for ventilation/air flow. Overall, it was very clean & comfortable and had everything we needed for a glorious few days in the heart of Paris.

Absolutely loved my stay at Monica’s!! Was informed perfectly, place is well secure and has enough space for 2. Balcony is astonishing. All the utilities and equipment work perfectly and are in great condition. Will definitely be wanted to stay here again in the near future and will be recommending to anyone I know travelling to Paris!!!

An absolutely wonderful stay at Melanies. Loads of clear communication before arriving making a late night check in very easy. The apartment itself is beautiful and located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a train station close by making getting into the center cheap and convenient. Also, the sofa bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. This is a 5 star find through and through. I couldn't recommend it enough.

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Everything at the highest level! Beautiful, spacious, well-decorated and fully equipped house. Luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and a kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast and dinner. In addition, a beautiful garden – the perfect place to relax. Great space for spending time together: billiards, foosball, plenty of space for children and adults. Tarik is a fantastic host – warm, helpful and very committed. A basket of fruit, juices, water and delicious sweet rolls awaited us as a welcome – a beautiful gesture. We felt really cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this house – if we return to Paris, it will only be here!

The four of us had a wonderful stay at the villa Elizabeth. The house is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The three bedrooms are independent, giving everyone their privacy and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a temperature controllable water kettle which we loved. The bathrooms were spotless, the towels were soft and there were nice soaps in the shower. The electric towel heaters were a nice luxury too. Since the weather was beautiful we also very much enjoyed the private outside terrace. The Versailles palace is only 5 minutes away by car and parking at the palace was easy. Having a grocery store in the street just a few minutes walk away is a nice convenience too. There is no parking on the property itself but it was usually not an issue to find free street parking. Noėmi was super responsive before and during our stay. I highly recommend the Villa Elizabeth for anyone visiting Versailles who wants to stay in a nice, comfortable home.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

I had a great experience at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you immediately notice when you enter. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay, it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally – that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I highly recommend this place. Five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for a reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, this is the place to be.

Best places to stay no matter what anyone says The Eiffel Tower from the balcony is also beautiful The accommodation is better than what was featured in the photos For Koreans, I think you can go without worrying.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

It’s a good size apartment for Paris. Having two bedrooms an bathrooms allowed us space. One thing to note is one of the bathroom is without the WC/ toilet which is a separate ( almost like a powder room but without a sink). It seems this is very typical of Paris apartments. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having access of pots/ pans/ utensils/ dishwasher/ oven was a huge plus for us. It’s residential area so it was nice to see the local bakeries and grocery stores. Metro is very close.
