We had a great time at the accommodation, very nice. Very welcoming and kind hosts. Thank you for the coffee and accompaniment provided! Too bad we didn't get a chance to enjoy the outdoors a little more!😄 Only a small point about the parking, but the neighborhood being peaceful we were able to leave the car a little further.😀 I recommend it with great pleasure! We had a pleasant stay in peace and quiet. The place and especially the garden are beautiful! Although there are houses around, you very quickly get the feeling of a private place just for yourself. The quality of the services (coffee, drinks), the beauty of the apartment and Cyril's kindness towards us were worth the visit. He even alerted us to having forgotten to close the window of our vehicle in the pouring rain! We recommend this place where you quickly forget that it is located in the city center!

We had a lovely stay at Axel’s house. The place was super and very clean. Axel was very accommodating and helpful prior to our arrival as well.

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

We had a wonderful time at this place! Delphine and Guillaume were very available and responsive by message throughout the stay. The villa is spacious, impeccable, and perfectly in line with the listing. We felt right at home for a birthday afternoon. I recommend this place without so much as a second thought, 10/10!

Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long hours of work, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily finish some of my duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee maker, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in a "place to stay". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back.

Great host and great place. Olivier is very responsive, with good advice and very pleasant. 10/10 accommodation: Clean, convenient, complete to stay there for a few days. I stayed there for 3 days, as part of the Sirha trade show as a pro stay. Very quiet, clean and good bedding, it feels like home. We only stayed for a few days but it was amazing. The host is very friendly and is always available for whatever you may need! Peaceful neighborhood and the house is close to a couple shops, so it’s perfect for longer stays, or just if you need a day to yourself to relax! The house itself is very modern and feels like it’s generally well maintained. There’s an incredible bedroom for kids, equipped with a sort of bunk bed and firefighter pole to slide down into a ball pit! House also comes with a very friendly outdoor cat that lives in the neighborhood and loves attention! Did I mention the turtles?

The stay went very well, the accommodation was as expected and Jacinta is responsive and accommodating.

Thanks to Isabelle for her hospitality, availability, kindness. A perfect, very clean, warm accommodation close to amenities (pharmacy, bakery, grocery store, gas station) transport at the foot of the accommodation, possibility of parking. A great stay.

We rented this place as part of a training course with 8 participants. Unmatched price compared to hotels and the value for money and services offered are much higher. The training room in the accommodation was what made us choose this place, it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and could retreat to work in peace while others enjoyed the backyard. Very well equipped accommodation in terms of bathrooms (5 for the whole accommodation and there are some on every floor), bathrooms in all rooms, 2 fridges and 2 coffee machines. We didn't step on each other's toes, but we were able to have a great time together instead of being alone in our hotel rooms. Our host (who we unfortunately did not have the pleasure of meeting) was always available to answer our questions and is very helpful. I highly recommend this listing and its host.

Very good stay, this is the second time I've stayed at Wassim's and, like last time, it was perfect!

We came as a group of 4 for a night in Lyon after a concert. Lionnel and his wife were very responsive and very flexible with check-in times. Lionnel had allowed us to come earlier, and with the road we had arrived even earlier than expected: his wife still received us. We were wonderfully welcomed: cherries from the garden, homemade marble cake, bottles of water in the fridge. And of course, the kindness and friendliness of Lionnel's wife. As his wife wanted, we felt right at home. The accommodation was very well arranged, breakfast on the small terrace with the sun was very pleasant. We wanted to thank Lionnel's wife for her kindness, friendliness and generosity. Thanks also to Lionnel for his responsiveness and availability. I highly recommend this listing! What is certain is that I will return for my next stay in Lyon.

Great location for getting into central Lyon, 8 minute walk from the station and just a ten minute train to vieux Lyon. The space is great with a modern feel. The garden is beautiful and spacious.

Great place to stay, especially if you need to be near the airport. The home was very clean, new inside. Nice kitchen, easy to make dinner and breakfast before our flight out - grocery store within walking distance. Plus a nice place to park the car. Cindy was very responsive and helpful.
