Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in 8th arrondissement

Due to an issue with another reservation, we had to book Xavier's place the same day we arrived. So he was very responsive, available and kind to prepare his apartment for us. The listing is exactly as described in the listing. i highly recommend it!

Great accommodation, I enjoyed my stay and I recommend it! Just maybe the lack of a shutter for the bedroom is an area for improvement but a sleep mask is enough and that solves the problem!

Had a nice stay in this studio. The instructions were very clear, the host welcoming and available! Perfect accessibility by tram 2 steps from the apartment. The bed and bedding are very comfortable, and the necessary facilities are there. I would recommend this place to future guests!

This is a very nice AirBnB as we would like to see more often. It is of course consistent with the photos, very clean and easy to find; but the stay is also pleasant and soothing, we surprise ourselves to believe that time stops there, maybe thanks to the lack of wifi and TV (but good surrounding mobile networks for addicts!). The host offers you his tea and coffee with simplicity and you can pause your hectic city life in a book of art or relaxing techniques found in the library. Hat!

A great find! I booked a room in Hélène's home at the last minute following the extension of a meeting I had in Lyon. On this aspect, no complaints! Hélène was very responsive and friendly. On D-Day, the pleasure remained. Hélène is a very kind, caring person and it's very pleasant to talk to her. Her welcome is very warm, which makes it easy for her to make her guest feel at home. The room she makes available is, on the other hand, very good and rather large! I slept well and the desk in the room allowed me to work at my ease. The dedicated shower room is really appreciated. For my part, it allowed me to act independently, without having to disturb Hélène and her family. In short, in summary: I highly recommend this room, of course because it's nice, but above all for Hélène's beautiful human qualities!!

It was a pleasure to have stayed in this beautiful villa, we had a good time as a family, it was very nice. The house is better in real life than the pictures! It is spacious, modern and well equipped. The host Lounis was very welcoming and was very keen to our different needs, which is very important when we are a host. If we have a chance, we will come back. I would recommend it.

We rented this place as part of a training course with 8 participants. Unmatched price compared to hotels and the value for money and services offered are much higher. The training room in the accommodation was what made us choose this place, it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and could retreat to work in peace while others enjoyed the backyard. Very well equipped accommodation in terms of bathrooms (5 for the whole accommodation and there are some on every floor), bathrooms in all rooms, 2 fridges and 2 coffee machines. We didn't step on each other's toes, but we were able to have a great time together instead of being alone in our hotel rooms. Our host (who we unfortunately did not have the pleasure of meeting) was always available to answer our questions and is very helpful. I highly recommend this listing and its host.

Olivier's house is in a very peaceful and pleasant environment. The house itself has been very well renovated recently while still retaining the charm of the old. Olivier is very friendly and was reachable during the stay. I would definitely recommend Olivier's house.
