Modern apartment (2021) for 2 people. Very bright, located 10 minutes from Gare Perrache and 15 minutes from the city center. If you have a car I offer you my free parking space. If you are on foot, you have access to the T2 tram, which is 2 steps from the building (100m), allowing easy access to the whole city.
