Great for a weekend stay, on a nice pedestrianised street with lots of bars and restaurants. Walking distance to two metro stops.

My stay was perfect, very comfortable, clean, comfortable and quiet studio. Full kitchen, super clean linens and bath towels, market right under the building. One single point that I didn't like, but not because of the owner and also because it was a temporary problem, is that the street where the apartment is located was under construction, renovating the sidewalks, making it difficult to walk, but as I said, it will be temporary. Certainly returning to Paris, it will be the first place I will look for if there is availability.

My stay at Laurence’s beautiful apartment was amazing and just what I was hoping for. It was less than a 5 min walk to Pere Lachaise and less than a minute from the metro stop. The cafe right on the corner was amazing and the epicerie across the street had a great selection of food and drinks. I couldn’t have picked a better vacation spot. I highly recommend and hope to visit again!

First of all, I'm new here and have no comparison options. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but comfortable is different. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for that. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't entirely safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable in summer. The view is priceless. View over the city is fantastic.

It was clean and I was able to stay very comfortably! The owner was also very kind. I would like to use it again!

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.

David and Tatiana were very attentive and gave clear guidance on check-in. The space is exactly as described, very clean, with several amenities, including the shower, which is great. the location is perfect, close to the Louvre and easy to get to all the main sights of Paris. I totally recommend it!

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

The accommodation is very nice and carefully arranged, about 10 minutes from the metro. Small nice terrace. Just a slight downside for our arrival with our vehicle, where we had trouble getting into the underground parking, very very tight in height and width... beware of Vito-type vehicles 😉 The 2nd bed (1 place) being an air mattress, it can possibly be inconvenient for long stays... but we stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for our daughter for this short time. We would recommend and would not hesitate to return to stay at Laurent's

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Roland’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Montmartre. We appreciated the patio space and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.

Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
