Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

Very nice place, nice hostess, great and quiet location. Check-in and check-out totally uncomplicated. Everything great!

On the day of arrival, they were immediately present after a message and we received an enthusiastic welcome, after some explanation and the key was everything for themselves, apartment was really very clean and tidy. Everything is available for the kitchen and the hosts are really super friendly and enthusiastic.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

Joshua's flat is definitely a good place to stay in Paris! It is clean, nicely decorated in a minimalist style, quiet, and seems safe, seeing that it is next door to a police station (without sirens). The only "issue" is the lock on the front door requires patience. Joshua provided instructions though about how to work it, and one must follow those to a "T" to make it work.

The place is even better than the pictures. It’s so beautiful and comfortable. The host has great taste, and all furnitures and decorations are French style. Moreover, there is a great Chinese restaurant nearby named “Malamala”, I ate it everyday.

Had an excellent stay at this airbnb - it’s a beautifully decorated split level apartment. so much bigger than the pics seem and lovely light with big windows! we loved the plants and tasteful decorations. area is great - lots of lovely restaurants and bars on the doorstep and easy metro access. the flat was quiet at night and we slept very well. great hosts too! would definitely recommend this airbnb.

Lovely place to stay for the week. Louis was kind, welcoming, and shared great local tips on groceries, restaurants, and boulangeries nearby. The neighborhood is super walkable and just 2–3 minutes from the Metro. We felt right at home, and the bed was really comfortable. Would love to stay here again next time we’re in Paris!

It is a small place, but a good location for one person. I was comfortable and the location was very convenient.

This Airbnb is one of the most interesting and lively places I’ve stayed at. The room is filled with the host’s fascinating collections, and although I didn’t get to meet her, you can feel that she must be a very interesting person. The Airbnb is very close to the metro station, and it takes only 15 minutes to reach all the major attractions in the city. Right downstairs is a large Lidl supermarket, and within a 2-minute walk, you’ll find plenty of bakeries, coffee shops, and restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need, and there’s a beautiful balcony perfect for enjoying breakfast. It’s an ideal choice for both short and long stays. The room is on the top floor, so if you have a lot of luggage, it's something to keep in mind beforehand.

We loved the location, which is central but remarkably quiet and peaceful. This is very much a home away from home. Merci, Pascale et Christine!

My second stay at Cecilia’s place was great! Both she and her husband (Simon) were great hosts. The place was lovely and neat as usual. I’ll always consider staying at their place whenever I visit Paris!

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Very good stay in a slightly noisy apartment (but this is often the case in Paris). The only downside: the shower probably needs to be renovated. Very easy communication and spacious accommodation. Close to subway.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. Laurence was a wonderful host. She was flexible with our check in time, was always nearby for questions or assistance and was very warm and friendly. The apartment is in a prime location, perfect spot to pop out and start your day, with many great restaurants, bakery, gelato, and shopping right outside the door. Even with the central location, the home was quiet and peaceful. The place has a very “lived in” feel, with many personal items spread throughout, but it did not take away from our enjoyment of the space.

Rarely seen beauty and perfect supplies, this is the most impressive stay I have ever had in Paris, everything is as described, and Oliver is warm and responsive, no worries, great accommodation experience, if I come back to Paris, I will stay again!
