Excellent stay in Paris in a peaceful but still lively part of the city! Very close walk to the river and other major sites!

Because there is a hospital nearby, there will be ambulances coming and going, and because the house does not have air conditioning, the windows need to be opened, so the sound will be a little loud, but usually after 10pm it will be significantly reduced so it does not affect sleep.Even if you check in at the beginning of June, it's still cool after opening the window, so don't worry about not having air conditioning. The room and building are very clean, the neighbors are very friendly, there are many food stores nearby, highly recommended.If the girls need a hair dryer, there's a professional-grade hair dryer here, great! The street is very safe, and there is a coin laundry 6 minutes on foot.

Pros: The view from the apartment is great and you can see the Eiffel Tower light up at night. The location is located close to several Metro lines, which made it easy to get around Paris and to Versailles. It was also nice to be in a low-traffic area plus the restaurant/bakeries/grocery close to the apartment were very good and convenient. The washer/dryer in-unit is useful if you pack light and need to rewear. Remi was pretty responsive and was flexible with our check-in, which we greatly appreciated. He also has a booklet with clear instructions as well as books on Paris with recommendations. Cons: Washer/Dryer was a bit smelly during our stay. Both beds were sofa beds and the sheets were a bit itchy. The apartment tends to get a bit hot at night as it is on the 19th floor. The toilet is in a very tight space. Overall, I would recommend this place as it was a great deal with minor inconveniences. My friend and I stayed a week and it was well worth the value.

We really enjoyed our stay in Thomas’ apartment. It’s very stylish and comfortable. Located close to Gare de Lyon in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of useful shops and places to eat. A good base to explore Paris from. Thomas sent very good instructions about accessing the apartment which was helpful as we arrived late. Would definitely recommend

The location is close to the metro line 7, where many tourism sites are located nearby. The view of the garden is also very charming. I would definitely recommend it.

Laurent was a great host, and the apartment was cute, compact, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The view out the window was excellent for the price! Entering the unit felt very secure and safe.

Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Roland’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Montmartre. We appreciated the patio space and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.
