Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Three windows in Paris!

This house of about 30 square meters, is located in the old heart of Paris, 3 minutes walk from Place de la Bastille and a short walk from the Marais. An area characterized by an immense variety of clubs, bars and restaurants for all types of cuisines and nationalities. The apartment is located in rue de Charonne, near the metro Ledru Rollin and Bastille, allowing you to be quickly connected to the whole city. There is also a Velib car park near the front door to rent your bike.

Quiet Studio

This lovely studio on the 2nd floor (access by stairs) overlooking a small courtyard is very quiet thanks to its insulated glazing. The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio. Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine for efficient breakfasts and affordable meals ;-) Bathroom refurbished in 2017. Towels & sheets provided, also unlimited Netflix, Wifi & Tea.

Luxury apartment in the heart of Bastille

Beautiful 484 sq. ft. apartment nestled in the heart of Paris. Superbly decorated, bright, comfortable and extremely well located in the Bastille area. You will benefit from a convivial living room with dynamic colors, as well as a very nice, completely equipped, American kitchen! The bedroom is smartly separated by a library and it can be isolated with 2 white curtains. There is also a bathroom with vintage colors and a separate powder room.

Large courtyard studio located in the 9th arrondissement, refurbished and tastefully decorated. Once you pass the porch, you will reach a quiet and sunny courtyard. Very spacious and functional, with its high ceiling, it can accommodate 4 people. 1 bedroom with double bed on the mezzanine, 1 sofa bed for 2 people. WiFi and TV available. It is 2 minutes from Poissonnière metro station or 5 minutes from Bonne Nouvelle metro station.
