Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Zurich

Great location! Plenty of space for our large family. Martina and Michael were great with communication and recommendations for things in the area. Bonus, they let my kids pick cherries from their cherry tree. Would stay there again if in the area.

We had a wonderful time in the Bijouhaus (2 adults, 4 children). The Bijouhaus was clean, fresh, bright and immediately created a feel-good atmosphere for us. Many leisure activities are quickly and easily accessible by car. The best strawberries of all time are available in the farm shop (5 minutes' walking distance) :) Andrea responded quickly and personally to any concerns or questions. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is private and peaceful but easy to access hotspots and hiking, look no further! 10/10 would recommend!!

Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home. It is very comfortable, decorated with love and great taste. Everything is very clean, and has everything we needed for our week-long stay as a small family. Thank you for your warm welcome, for the fresh eggs from your chicken coop. It's beautiful little sheep, they'll love it. We walked in the village and in the forest around, very nice. At night we came across small deer 🥰 on the road. Thanks Eva and Yves

We enjoyed the tranquil walking from the gate to the apartment. Everything is good inside the apartment except the Netflix got logout on the last day morning before we check-out. A peaceful and nice place to stay overall.

Had a pleasant stay at Mai & Thomas's. The apartment was very clean with a welcome worthy of the biggest hotels (towels on the bed in the shape of swans, fresh flowers, even the folding of the toilet paper) small details that make the difference. At all times, they were concerned about our comfort and met all my expectations. The bedding is amazing, I had very restful nights. The cleanliness of the apartment struck me, everything was great. This is one of the few apartments where I felt so comfortable. Thank you so much for this experience!

We spent 4 nights in Zurich at Thomas's house. The house is conveniently located just a 10 minute drive from the airport and 5 minute walk to the station, to get a direct train in to the city which took around 15 minutes. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen well stocked with utensils. The garden was also a bonus for evening dinners. Overall we had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend!

Franca is the host par excellence. Kind, helpful, precise, he made the entire stay perfect, taking care not only of any aspect related to the home but also providing valuable advice and support for activities in the surroundings and for local life. The photos of the property fully reflect the state of the studio apartment. The nearby train station also makes it particularly convenient to reach the most central areas of Zurich. Monika’s place was absolutely amazing and by far the best stay we had on our 3 weeks thru different parts of Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. If we could give her 1 stars we would. Amazing place, amazing small touches for any travelers needs. I truly cannot say enough positive words and would recommend to anyone to stay here!!!

We loved staying with Nunu! The space is absolutely stunning, and it’s outside of the crowded, busy parts of Zurich while still being accessible and close to public transport. The Limmat River was also easy to access with a short walk from the house. Nunu was an amazing host, and she made us feel welcomed and right at home with recommendations (things to do and places to eat), cultural information, and a tour of the house. Nunu was also very communicative and helpful. Overall, Nunu was very friendly, and her place was great! I’d love to stay here again.

Amazing place to stay! Close to several restaurants, transit, grocery store, and mall. Beautiful interior and design. This was a quiet and peaceful spot. Olga was great with details and instructions which was quite helpful for our stay. Would definitely stay again when visiting!

Kathrin’s place was wonderful. Truly a great place to stay. They have all amenities needed and are at a great place in the city of Zurich to be close enough to the old town but not too busy in the craziness of the city itself. If you like day trips but want to stay in Zurich, this is a great home base for traveling to the mountains to Grindelwald or Engelberg if you want to do a day trip. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here at the start of our Switzerland trip and it was a great experience, very cozy but easy to get to and walkable to the train and surrounding areas. You’re along the river and can enjoy the views and breeze from the window which was nice. The host was extremely responsive and friendly and check in directions were very clear.

The stay was very clean and comfortable! Gabi is also a very friendly and responsive host. Will definitely visit again if I come back:)

We were allowed to enjoy 3 very nice days with the lovely hosts. After a friendly welcome and a thorough check-in, we were well informed about the accommodation and all the possibilities. After 7 weeks in Europe, Malonda made our last day a very comfortable and functional departure lodging for a quick drive to ZRH!! She is a great host!! It was one of the best equipped lodgings during our whole time.

Steffane was an amazing host and very helpful. We enjoyed staying at the property all the days. The place was super clean and well equipped. On the day of checkout we almost didn’t find the taxi to airport and steffane was very kind he came to drop us to airport. We would recommend this property whoever is looking for a homely stay in Switzerland
