Cozy studio with great city and lake connections

The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom with a double bed, and separate kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is small, but as i love to cook, it's well equipped. There's also a balcony which gets sun from the early afternoon right through until sunset. The apartment is equipped with high speed fiber internet. Public transport connections are great - there's a tram stop 50 meters from the apartment. From there, it's 15 minutes to the central train station or lake, and 30 to the airport.

Centrally located in the trendy neighborhood of Zürich Wiedikon this apartment offers a perfect starting point for any activity in the city. Public transport is just a 3 minute walk away with frequent connections in all directions. The apartment has two lovely balconies for relaxation after an exciting day in the city. This unique apartment not only is a one bedroom flat, but it has a nice, quite big kitchen with a breakfast table, a private garden with another table to enjoy some quiet moments or hosting guests. Guests have their own toilet as you have your master en-suite bathroom with a double-bathtub, a separate rainfall shower, toilet, wash machine and dryer. In-between your bedroom and bathroom, there is a dressing room with closets and access to your own storage space, e.g. for your suitcases.

We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.
