Wir vermieten eine sehr schöne, neu möblierte und gemütliche 30m2-Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Im offenen Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz hat es ein grosses Bettsofa. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Wohnungseingang und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (keine Stufen), der gratis Parkplatz ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Dorf und ist einfach zu finden. Nur drei Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 40 Minuten nach Zürich. Wir, die Gastgeberfamilie, wohnen im Obergeschoss.

Located in a residential district of Zurich, Villa Allegra is an old lady built in 1907 as a typical Swiss mountain chalet. It’s situated, not far from the city center, by foot (22 min.) or by public transport (14 min.) to Bellevue, yet set in natural green surroundings with open views. The studio with about 30 sqm is available to you incl. a kitchenette, bathroom & patio. It can host up to 2 adults. The house is divided in 3 units of which 2 are offered on AirBnB (Garden private use by owner).

Public transport is just a 3 minute walk away with frequent connections in all directions. The apartment has two lovely balconies for relaxation after an exciting day in the city. Unsere 2 Zimmer sind sehr romantisch, ruhig und in unserem schönen Bauernhaus mit hochwertigen Materialien und Liebe zum Detail gebaut. Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

Die Unterkunft liegt im ländlichen Hochfelden. Mit dem Auto ist der Flughafen Zürich in 15 Minuten erreichbar und Zurich City in 40 Minuten. Alle 30 Minuten fährt ein Bus, der diverse Verbindungen bietet. Der Flughafen Zürich und Stadt Zürich sind in 45 Minuten erreichbar. Um Ihren Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten, biete ich gegen eine Gebühr einen zuverlässigen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen Zürich, Zürich City und Bahnhof Bülach an. So können Sie stressfrei an- und abreisen.

Lovely and cosy studio in the center of Zurich. Walking distance to the university & ETH (5min), the main station (15’ downwards and 20’ uphill if you're in good shape). It has a direct Tram connection to the airport (25min) and is very well located to all sightseeing spots of Zurich. It's a studio formed of one larger main room and a smaller bedroom (separated but not with a door) and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Tea or coffee can be prepared in the tea-kitchen.

The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
