My space is suitable for solo adventurers and business travelers. It is a single room with bed, wardrobe, and workplace with desk and office chair for work. The house is 2 minutes from metro Schenkel and 10 minutes from University. Rotterdam Alexander intercity station is 7 minutes with metro and city center is 11 minutes with metro. The house also has a washing machine. The total space of the house is 110m2.
