Very nice apartment in a very safe location. Easy to walk to shops, everything is close.

We stayed at their place for two nights . We have been travelling for two and half months . This place was home away from home . Beautifully decorated. All the amenities which one would need during vacation or during long travel . Most importantly the hosts are always available to communicate. We requested for early check in and late check out . They were gracious enough to say yes to our request . Wish we had more time to enjoy the place , Sip morning coffee and listen to chirping birds . Hope we come back some day . Although the water took a while to heat up, the place is a great option, a private, quiet area and has multiple shops nearby, I would come back 👍🏻

Our stay in the apartment was quite comfortable. The view from the window is great. Everything you need is there. Communicating with the hosts was easy.

The rooms are well equipped with good linens and good pillows. It had hair dryer and iron which were very helpful during our stay. The apartment looks like the pictures and is in good shape. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is great as it is close to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 6 months stay with Tony. Simeon Canas is an historic wide boulevard with almost no traffic, nice park at the end of the streets and a few locals eatery of 6th avenida across la Marti. Great place to ease into parenthood. Place is well furnished with two rooms and an office. Great views and peaceful. We liked the place so much that we ended up buying an appartment in the building. Highly recommended

I loved the place! It's much more spacious than the photos show! They have 2 TVs, which I didn't expect! And the kitchen is very well-equipped! I can't wait to go back!

We felt right at home at Melissas place! She was very responsive and helped out a lot with her recommendations and advice. The AirBnB is perfect for long stays and the access to the rooftop terrace was our biggest highlight. So many beautiful sunsets!

David to include his staff did a great job. Some construction nearby, it wasn't bad at 0800 they started. Otherwise we had no issues, great pool. It was close to the beach and restaurants. Coming back soon.

Everything was top notch. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We loved the yellow accent wall with traditional Guatemalan masks. We loved the security features and we loved the location of this apartment. This made it easy and we felt safe. The host would communicate with us promptly if we had any questions or concerns immediately let us know what was happening which we appreciated. I even participated in the big group dancing session /exercise session in the plaza. Easily one of the best stays ever. We will definitely stay here again.
