Juan was such an amazing host. He was very responsive, gave great suggestions to local eateries and outings, and was flexible with helping store luggage upon departure. The listing is exactly as described, with wonderful amenities and restaurants and shops in walking distance. The attendants at the concierge desk were also helpful in facilitating our stay. I couldn't have asked for a better host and stay for my first time in Guatemala City. I plan on coming back and rebooking with Juan, because my experience was so amazing. 5 Stars all around!

We thank Mr. Denis for hosting us in his apartment. We made a reservation practically at the last minute, and Mr. Denis kindly accommodated us to give us the place. We found the beds extremely comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, the view of the city and a volcano (I don't know the name) that you can see in the background of the city were highlights.

It was a pleasure to stay here. I loved it. Excellent security, 24/7 cleaning, the apartment is superbly equipped and very clean. Everything is close to pharmacies, restaurants, shops, the hospital, and Iglesias shopping center. I would recommend it. It's very nice, and it's a great time with the family. It has a children's play area, a beautiful pool, a gym, and more.
