Stunning home and beautiful location! I had a really relaxing stay, and loved that I was steps away from a pristine beach and could hear the waves from the apartment. The apartment was in pristine condition and offered everything I could need. Can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Such a great air bnb. They put a lot of thought into the amenities, furniture and set up. The patio is gorgeous. The view is amazing and the beds comfy, these hosts are incredible, they left us a bottle of champagne after a long journey to get there and helped with our bags. Can’t beat the location!

We have been to Rogoznica twice before and so we knew the location of the apartment above the bakery. Everything about the apartment was perfect, the only downside was the 3 floors (72 steps) to climb. But we got used to this after a while, although it might put some people off The views from the balcony were spectacular, with a G & T at sundown. Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The location is very central, but still private and with a quiet atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing retreat! The house is modern, well equipped and lovingly furnished. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful! I was particularly impressed by the outdoor area, which invited us to sit together in the evening. The short distance to the many great restaurants in Rogoznica is also wonderful! The beach is also only a 10-minute walk away. Absolutely recommended!

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Ilija's place was exactly what my friends and I had been looking for. It was perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday for us after our final exams! We were quickly and kindly introduced to the villa by the hosts upon our arrival and also got a small welcome gift :D If you had any questions, they were directly available and were also able to quickly get to hand if there was a small problem or a certain wish came from us:) Overall, my friends and I had a very good stay there and would recommend the villa to anyone!

We (Irish couple early 50s) stayed here for 8 nights in early September 2024 and we LOVED it! The view from the balcony of course is the star of the show but the apartment itself is fantastic! It’s modern and clean and very comfortable. A couple of evenings were chilly and the apartment was warm and cosy, and there were fleece throws provided so we could still sit on the balcony. The apartment is probably the best equipped of any Airbnb we have stayed in, all the basics provided like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee pods, kitchen roll, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, cleaning equipment, very generous. There was also a bottle of wine & water in the fridge the night we arrived which was really appreciated. The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you need to cook a dinner, which we did a couple of evenings. We stayed as a family for a few days. The apartment is clean, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony has a wonderful sea view. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. In the evening you can walk along the beautiful promenade, there are a lot of restaurants.
