Approx. 3 min. walk to the market with cinema, shops and restaurants, university and bus stop. The apartment is ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby mountains or to neighboring countries (Czech Republic, Poland). It is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), has one bedroom with double bed, living room with large sofa bed for 2, bathroom with tub/shower. There is no balcony but garden with sitting area. Beautiful old building apartment (1-room apartment) for rent in the city center of Zittau. Location near the border in the border triangle (PL & CZ). Shopping, refreshment stops, university or IHI, Zittauer Naturpark and Olbersdorfer See are easy to reach. Communication via telephone is possible. Bikes can be enclosed. In addition, the garden can be used (barbecue). Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.
