We offer you a studio in lovely Binz. The beautiful beach are in walking distance just like the main street with its cafes and boutiques. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a wish washer, fridge, stove, oven, coffemakers and everything else you need for self catering. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that the Schwedenstraße will be modernized in the first half of 2025. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.
