Super good location, you have everything you need. Very friendly landlord who also likes to give tips for the area. The bikes are in good condition and great for activities.... If you are looking for a vacation rental close to the beach and in the middle of the island, this is the place. 5-star 🥰☀️🌞

The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail – we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Nicole made check-in super easy for us and was available for any questions at any time. The apartment was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. We were particularly pleased with the small touches, such as the chocolate provided – a very nice gesture!

Everything was great. We had a very nice, relaxing few days. Having a sauna in the apartment is really nice, unfortunately it was too warm for the fireplace ;). The contact with Constance was quick and very nice. We will be happy to come back. Kind regards from Markus and Ulli

A very nice modern cozy apartment in a super central location. Everything was very well maintained spacious and clean. We felt right at home and like at home. Everything you needed was available. Walking distance 2 minutes away is a laundromat. In the garden there is a washing line with enough clamps to be able to dry a lot. The play ship in the garden is great for the little ones to play directly next door. However, there are also at least 2 large beautiful playgrounds in the immediate vicinity. Around the corner you have a savings bank a post office and Edeka, Rossmann, etc . You can reach many beautiful beaches in Zinnowitz, Trassenheide or Zempin on foot or by bike where it is sometimes not so crowded. Textile, dog or nudist. Something for everyone. We had a great time and will be back .

Very friendly, considerate hosts. The homemade currant jelly was delicious and we were able to enjoy breakfast in the beach chair for 6 days in super weather. The car is not needed. Usedom explored by bike (great tips through flyers and 2 beautiful books with favorite places on Usedom were in the apartment) Parking right in front of the door Bicycles safely accommodated. Great amenities in the apartment, nothing was missing. Although we had 30 degrees the apartment was cool!Very pleasant for sleeping and nice and quiet. Shopping a few minutes by bike. The Rewemarkt extremely good sortiert.Strand/Promenade in 5 minutes by bike (E-bike) accessible. Movie screen on the beach - great restaurants/cafe/bike paths/music everywhere varied/sweet little shops. Great vacation with Enrico and his family. THANK YOU!!

From the first contact with Izabella, I knew we were in good hands. I've experienced some lovely hosts, but Izabella was exceptionally caring, accommodating and friendly. She proactively reached out to us a few days before arrival to describe all the details for arrival. This made check-in smooth and it was even easier to get into the apartment. We liked the place right away. It is totally cozily furnished and you have everything you need. The fenced garden was particularly beautiful. So we were able to let our dog out for a bit in between. Unless there were neighbors outside, he could move around freely. In the apartment everything was very clean and nothing was missing. The small bicycle garage in front of the house was also very useful for us. On our next visit to Usedom, we will be happy to come back to Izabella's place. :)

Quiet location, you can still quickly reach the beach and downtown. It has everything you need for a short break. The apartment Lino has also been very suitable for our dog, as we were quickly in the garden. We'd love to come back!

We have been guests here several times and will be happy to come back any time. The place is small but cozy and well decorated. The location is quiet, with plenty of things to do in the region.

We immediately felt very comfortable, the apartment is nice and bright and friendly. Ideally located to explore the Baltic Sea area, even a trip to Zingst is straightforward.

We had a relaxing holiday here in a well-kept accommodation. The location is very idyllic. Access via key box without problems and parking space directly in front of the apartment. The beach is right around the corner and not as busy as other sections. Very happy again 😊

Beautiful apartment in a great location on Rügen. If you like it a little more relaxed, Baabe will love it. And an apartment with a cozy terrace near the beach is simply pure luxury.

Very nice hotel complex with guarded entrance! Apartment is as in the photos, very clean, very tidy. Perfect for people who want it a little quieter! Shopping is just under 1 km away so within walking distance. The beach is the highlight, a short walk there, and there is also a bar on the beach! We can really recommend the apartment

The apartment is as described. Close to the beach and also to the train station. A shaded parking space for the car is available. Great excursions can be started on foot, by bike, by car and also by train as the place is very centrally located on the island. We felt very comfortable.

We were in this great place with two families (4 adults, 3 children: 6, 5 and 2 years). The condo is huge and offers a lot of space even for two families. It's excellently equipped and we haven't missed anything. The whole area and the location of the condo right to the pool is great for children. The path to the beach can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes with children. There is a small bakery and a supermarket on the way (larger supermarket not far as well). We liked it so much that we will definitely come back. Thanks to Monika for the great time!

Our first time in Rügen. We loved it and the apartment was perfect for that. Very nicely decorated, clean and in a great location. We would definitely come back. Beate is very nice, helpful and very quick to answer my questions. Check-in was easy and uncomplicated. What would have been nice would have been if there were bathrobes in the apartment or an information that you have to take some with you, as you can use the sauna and the pool on the roof.
