We are located 480 m from one of the main beaches in Ballito and close to the shops and restaurants. This unit is sea facing and has a sea view. It comprises of a living area and kitchenette as well as a bedroom and separate bathroom. Beautiful unit in central Ballito!

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed.
