the accommodation was exactly the place we needed. quiet but central. Beautiful in nature, you can start many walks from the house. Perfect with a dog, plus the great garden, which is completely fenced. thank you for this great place. We will be happy to come back. only 2 things "disturbed" for us as relatively large people, the bed with 1.40 was a bit narrow and the couch was not so mega comfortable. but everything else was just perfect and super nice. Therefore, the 2 points are not a direct criticism. We'll be back😃😃😃 Thanks again for the great house

If you want to take a vacation in Berlin without staying in Berlin, this is the place to be. By RE train, you are in the center of Berlin in 30 minutes. Quiet location and plenty of shopping nearby. I'd love to come back.

We felt very comfortable, it was a really suitable accommodation for us - with 4 adults and two toddlers.

We were there with two children and felt welcome right from the start. The house is not huge but super divided. It lacked nothing and offers all the comfort you need. The property offers shade or sun - depending on what you like. The area is very nice and there is a lot to do. We will be happy to come back and absolutely recommend this place!

Despite a delayed start to our stay, Thomas was incredibly helpful and made sure we were well settled when we finally arrived. His property is located in a fantastic, quiet, and exclusive neighbourhood—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We made great use of the BBQ and pool during our stay, and Thomas’s recommendation for a local butcher was spot on, adding to an already wonderful experience. 20 minute drive to Berlin if needed Highly recommend!

We stayed at Marcus' place for 4 nights and we enjoyed all of them! Marcus and his wife were very kind and helpful. The house was very clean, with all amenities as per description. The garden amazing! I cannot speak enough of the tranquility this place offers! I believe that photos do not do justice at this place. It is much better! We would surely stay again.

Beautiful idyllic place, lake was populated with swans when we arrived, clean air, peaceful, lots of small farm animals for the kinds to observe.

It is very nice at grit, especially the nature and the sights are just beautiful and the people there are very nice. The apartment was also good – I can only recommend it. I would especially like to mention dear Ivonne, who is very helpful and nice.

It was a very nice stay, everything worked out wonderfully, the communication with John was great, he responded to questions and always responded quickly. It was very clean in the accommodation

The accommodation and location were simply fantastic. If you are looking for a quiet, great, well-maintained & functional accommodation in the region, this is the place to be. In 15 minutes by bike (available free of charge) you are directly at the Scharmützelsee and you have a beautiful view of the fields from the bed. This is really something for stressed-out city dwellers, like us. Almost like a retreat in the countryside. We were two adults and that was really enough space. Although 4 people can stay there in theory, it could possibly become a little too tight. Even basic equipment such as salt, pepper, etc. were already available. We thank the hosts for a great break. We will definitely be back! Psst, we won't tell anyone in our environment either.

An all-round successful stay with our three children and the dog. Wonderful area: green, quiet, family-friendly. Rail connection is great - with the S 3 in about 40 minutes at Alexanderplatz. The host was present over Pentecost, very friendly and always super easy to reach. A very well-equipped apartment, great room layout, toothbrushes were available as well as freshly made beds, fruit in the kitchen and local coffee for the first morning! Shopping only possible across the street, lake within walking distance, kebab > 9:00 pm after horror arrival drive only 4 minutes by car! Straightforward parking on the street. Feeling at home far from home ☺️ Anytime again and fully recommended.

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Martin was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This was honestly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. As described! Responsive owner, plenty activity possibilities like fitness, pottery, strolls along the lake. A travel cot was provided making it a comfortable get away with our baby.

Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. Walk to the bus station was about 10 minutes. The place had everything as listed.
