Monthly Rentals in Zephyr Cove

We had a great stay at Patrick's place in Zephyr Cove. He is a great host and responded to all our questions and communications promptly. The condo has a beautiful interior and also a great view. It's located in a gated community right by the lake, and it was only a few minutes' walk to the beach. It is also a 15-minute drive from the Heavenly Nevada bases/parkings and Heavenly Village. There is also a Safeway only a 5-minute drive away. The place itself is very well equipped and exactly matches the photos and even more. The kitchen and the rest of the place had everything we needed for a long stay. We would definitely like to come back in the near future.

This place was perfect for us--We love to cook and the kitchen was very well appointed. Felt like someone lived there, cooked there with user friendly kitchen gadgets, sizeable kitchen and storage. The place is very quiet and in walkable distance to local bike paths connecting to beautiful local pine forests. My ONLY wish was for an outside BBQ but we both realize that due to wildfire risk, that may be impossible. (I had stayed at another property in the same neighborhood that had a BBQ on the back deck in 2021 but perhaps the HOA does not allow that anymore[?])

The views are worth every penny & every stair to get in and out. The beds were extremely comfortable and we felt right at home! They had everything you could need and paid attention to little details. Would love to stay again in the future!

Awesome Airbnb! Everything was super clean, fairly priced. The house is perfectly located and very modern! Amenities are a huge plus, walking distance to Zephyr Cove.
