Het appartement bevindt zich in een vrijstaand gebouw met eigen entree en ligt in een fraai aangelegde tuin met diverse zitjes. Alle vertrekken zijn gelijkvloers.

In de woonkamer staat een aanrechtblok met magnetron, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat, maar géén fornuis. Koelkast is aanwezig. Er is een slaapbank voor extra gasten. Het huisje heeft een eigen tuin met prachtig uitzicht. De omgeving biedt uitgebreide wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden en Nijmegen op fietsafstand. Koffie van versgemalen bonen en thee zijn gratis.
Quiet, cosy B&B with private sauna and hot tubThe B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling opportunities or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the Netherlands with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast is by request.
