Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse – boendet överträffade verkligen våra förväntningar! Utsikten var helt magisk, en sådan vy man har svårt att slita blicken från. Läget var perfekt som utgångspunkt för att utforska området – nära till bad, utflykter och välkända besöksmål. Boendet var mycket barnvänligt med leksaker och pool, och allt vi behövde fanns. Vår värdinna var underbar – hon lät oss stanna längre sista dagen när det skulle bli regn och åska för att barnen inte skulle behöva vara ute i ovädret. Vi är mycket tacksamma för denna extra omtanke som betydde mycket för oss. Vi hoppas få komma tillbaka – det här var ett riktigt guldkorn.

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

The villa was better than the pictures, the views of the sea and mountains were stunning. Kristian was a great host and the check in process was great. He also greeted us with some wine and deserts which was a lovely gesture! It’s a brilliant location with both Split and Trogir a 15 minute drive away and the bars and restaurants of Kaštel Gomilica are a 10 minute walk. I would definitely return if I was visiting the Kaštel area!

This house is astonishing! It is very luxurious, with a TV/Cinema room, a playroom, a jacuzzi and sauna, a gym, a heated outdoor pool, a large outdoor dining are (with a TV!), and a basketball court. There is a TV in each room and, moreover, each room has a bathroom. The pictures that you see on the website really do not tell the whole story. I have stayed in various Airbnb apartments/houses in several countries - this one tops it all! Finally, the hosts are very kind and helpful.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Ivan was incredibly proactive in his communication, ensuring we found the place easily and settled in comfortably. He went above and beyond by greeting us with a delicious meal upon arrival and surprising us with crepes on a rainy day. Their thoughtful gestures made our visit truly unforgettable.

The best Airbnb I've stayed in. The villa was flawless, and exactly as pictured. Communication was excellent, with near instant responses from both the Airbnb booking company, and our amazing host Ružica. Ružica was helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond, being very flexible for checking-in and out. The location was very convenient, and while easier with a car, you could definitely get by without. There’s a nice beach a short walk away, a few different restaurants along the coast, and Trogir and Split airport are only 10 minutes away. The house itself is well equipped with everything you could need including: beach towels, bath robes, wine fridge, coffee & ice machines, BBQ and all rooms had an ensuite, individually controlled AC, and super king beds (two separable singles). All the rooms are stunning, the house was clean and well organised. Finally, the gorgeous pool, with a constant depth of around 150cm, that fits everyone at once - we wish we had more time there to enjoy it.

Five stars from the moment I reached out to the host. I booked this villa for my friends hen do and Zvonimir was super helpful right from the start, he booked our airport transfers, and organised food as we landed late, helped with trips etc. We wanted a third bed in one room so he got us an extra bed, nothing was a problem. So responsive which is great. The villa itself is stunning. It is exactly, and I mean exactly like the photos. It was perfect and I’d go back in a heartbeat. It was private with lovely sea views. So so happy I found this gem. And a very reasonable price for what you get, it was amazing. Thank you so much for our lovely stay!

We were a party of 12 and found the accommodation to be exactly as described. The host was very welcoming even after our flight was delayed several times he met us late at night at the door to welcome us and help with the luggage and provide a platter of cheese and prosciutto while we chatted about his recommendations for restaurants and things to do during our stay. He also met us at checkout to again assist with luggage. The house had everything we needed. Our group enjoyed sitting outside on the upper patio and the close proximity to old town.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Mitten in der Stadt und doch ruhig. Man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Niemand kann auf das Grundstück sehen. Der Pool ist herrlich! Die oberen Schlafzimmer sind wunderschön und gross. Nur ein Schlafzimmer hat ein en-suit Badezimmer. Check-in und -out war sehr einfach. Die Küche ist etwas düster und ich möchte nicht täglich da kochen. Aber mit den vielen Restaurants nicht nötig. Alle Fenster haben Mückengitter, was toll ist! Das Schlafzimmer im Keller ist sehr düster und wir haben es daher nicht genutzt. Einige Sachen müssten repariert werden, Deckenleuchten gehen nicht, WC-Spülung defekt. Was wichtig ist zu wissen, es hat viele Stufen zum Haus, wo das Gepäck hochgetragen werden muss. Das Haus ist eine klare Empfehlung und wir würden es wieder buchen!

Marijana was an amazing host, she responded to every query so quickly. She was so helpful recommending places for us to go, taxi companies, supermarkets, just everything. The villa was incredible, very clean, & comfortable. Lots of appliances, fridge space, boards for dining. She has just thought of it all. We came as a group of 8 girls & villa is more than great value for money! We will definitely be returning! Thank you ☺️

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

Wij hebben een super week gehad in het heerlijke huis in Klis. De hosts waren supervriendelijk en gastvrij. Dit huis is echt een aarader met de heerlijke tuin rondom en het mooie uitzicht op Split. Alle comfort in het huis. En het warme welkom is iets dat wij niet snel zullen vergeten. Net als de verrassing op een ochtend: er stond een heerlijk taartje op ons te wachten op de terras tafel! Echt alles was in een woord FANTASTISCH! Dank nogmaals aan de hosts en wij komen zeker terug!

Josip was a great host communicated very well with us. Whenever we had questions he answered quickly. Very friendly guy. The house is beautiful, swimming pool, nice views, great air conditioning, table tennis, darts boards. Can’t complain at all, only thing is you do hear the planes flying in and out but honeslty we didn’t care and it only happens a few times a day. The villa makes up for it! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a spacious villa. Also need to add you are about 30 mins from split but bolt and uber is easily accessible so not bad at all.

Vi bodde i et gammelt steinhus som er en perfekt blanding av moderne og rustikk stil. Da vi gikk opp til takterrassen, strakte utsikten seg fra Vitturi slott, som ligger 50 meter i luftlinje fra overnattingsstedet, over havet og helt til øyene i det fjerne. Da natten falt på, bodde vi på terrassene som har en fascinerende utsikt over solnedgangen. Takk til vertene som alltid var tilgjengelige og ga oss all hjelp, spesielt med å finne parkering siden vi bodde i gamlebyen. Vi gikk langs Kaštela-promenaden som strekker seg over flere kilometer. Det er mange restauranter og kafeer i nærheten. Dette var et av de beste overnattingsstedene vi har bodd på.

We had a long stay at Marin’s lovely villa. The sunset views down the mountain over the sea are breathtaking, as are the mountain views around. There are lovely scenic walks in the area. Marin was extremely helpful and responsive, attending to any issues we had quickly and effectively, even switching internet provider after we had some connectivity issues. He also agreed to keep the pool full and heated beyond the summer season so we could enjoy it - weather was great well into November. The kitchen is a wonderful social area, fully stocked. Combined with the huge living area, pool and games room, the villa is the perfect place for entertaining. Use of the olive field in front and private play area also makes it ideal for families. There is also a larger public playground a few minutes walk. We made full use of the barbecue and our guests were delighted with the delicious peka Marin’s father cooked for us. Definitely recommend villa Morena!

Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

Well, where do I start. I often wonder about reviews and question the really positive ones. However, this home was beyond expectations. Beautiful, well equipped and soo clean. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Big bedrooms and plenty of storage and hanging space. Beds very comfortable, I sleep well but both my friends say they had the best nights sleep in years. Great balconies. Amazing pool and relaxing area. Big private space and plenty of sun to relax under, It really is as good as previous reviews say.. even better. From the start of my interest, Iris responded quickly and gave suggestions and ideas for local experiences. This villa is perfectly located, minutes from an amazing quiet and almost private beach. Local supermarket 2 min walk away. The village centre with many bars approx 5 mins away. Split 25 mins and Trogir 15 mins by very reasonable uber. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We also saw Iris smaller 2 bed apartment located 5 mins walk away. Again spotless!

Absolutely brilliant Villa could not have asked for better hosts Bosko brought round a tray of beautiful pastries from his daughter conformation which was a lovely touch Ana organised a driver for our airport pick up and drop off he was brilliant and organised our trip to the national park which was mind blowing he was so informative and polite Kaštel Stari the small town was amazing and everything was so close by the whole holiday was faultless 10/10 there was 6 well traveled adults on the holiday and all said Croatia is the most amazing place they have ever visited we will be definitely be back

The house was beautiful and spacious with a nice pool in the garden.The host explained us everything and even brought us an homemade tiramisu on our second to final day! Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend everyone who's looking to visit Split or the region to keep this Villa in mind! Couldn’t ask for better hosts, the most hospitable and lovely people.

Virkelig en skøn villa at bo i. Værten var helt fantastisk og hurtig til at svare, hvis der var et spørgsmål. Der var gjordt rent til den store guldmedalje. Wifi var lidt ustabil under opholdet.

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

I can't be more positive about Antonija and her villa. Situated in an absolutely beautiful bay, the clear Adriatic Sea and stunning surroundings were just what we'd been hoping to find. The Villa was a relatively new build that had been kept in pristine condition. It was exactly as described, pretty private, overlooked by one absent neighbour, it had a small pool, an outdoor barbecue and as many lemons, limes and sprigs of rosemary as you could pick. It was off-season so there were no tourists which was great. There wasn't much open, but the restaurant next door was making it easy when we couldn't bear to cook. There's a fantastic fish restaurant (Pasarela) only 45 minutes walk away that really should be visited - tables go down to the water's very edge - stunning! And Antonija couldn't have been more helpful, picking us up from the port on arrival, taking us to the supermarket every few days for supplies and taking us back to the port when leaving... We loved it!! A+++++

Our stay at the villa was amazing. Nina was super responsive prior to our trip and then Tommy looked after us brilliantly from check in onwards. The villa itself was beautiful, totally spotless and with all the elements needed for us to enjoy our holiday. The location, right on the water, is gorgeous and we enjoyed the villas many outdoor spaces looking out at the view and we even spotted dolphins! Outside of the villa we had amazing lunches at various spots on the island, explored the lovely old town of Trojir and made the most of cocktail hour at Kaktus beach bar which is just a 5 minute walk. Thank you to Nina, Tommy and team for a wonderful holiday!
