Ari’s place was great . Definitely a hidden gem in the city. The host was really helpful and responsive and definitely made me feel welcomed and at home. I will definitely return whenever I come back in town . I really appreciate all the hospitality. The space was clean and really close to everything.

Me gustó mucho el departamento tal ves faltaron algunas cosas pero en general bien, otro dato es que si quieren hacer uso de asadores se tiene que pagar una cuota de 500 pesos adicionales a la administración del edificio pero en general el departamento en muy buenas condiciones

Great location in the heart of Santa Teresita! Place was nicer in person than I imagined from the photos. It's definitely a cozy place to stay, near to most of the cities attractions and the host is super quick to respond and very helpful for anything I needed in the moment. Would love to stay again sometime :)

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is spacious and beautiful. The pool and rooftop terrace were really nice as well. The location was perfect for me, I was able to walk to different restaurants for meals. There’s a small store on the corner for bottled water, beer and snacks. I will definitely stay here again.

Ronda’s house is better than the pictures can convey! It is comfortable, airy and bright, as well as beautifully and thoughtfully decorated — it is really a home (note: we did not cook much but heated things up in the toaster oven so can’t speak to the kitchen, though it was fully furnished). It is also in a great part of town! We had a lovely time exploring Colonia Americana and many restaurants and cafes in the area. This is perhaps in a less popular part of town but that’s what made it special. Ronza was so helpful with us and checked in intermittently and provided some awesome recommendations. We worked from the house for 3 days of our stay and it was easy, spacious, and the WiFi was great and stable. We hope to come back!!

La ubicación es excelente, fácil de llegar, bien comunicado, con vía recreactiva el domingo y todo lo necesario a la redonda, ya sea para compras, esparcimiento, alimentación, cuidados de la salud... Tanto el anfitrión como el personal de apoyo son muy amables y siempre dispuestos a dar lo mejor para que la estancia sea gratamente inolvidable. ¡Volvería sin dudarlo!

Hermosa casa en el centro de Guadalajara, muy pintoresca y cómoda. La comunicación con los anfitriones Martha y Ramiro fue excelente y cordial. Perfecta para pasar unos días en esta hermosa ciudad.

Excelente estancia, un lugar muy agradable y cómodo para estar. Nos gusta mucho esa zona y la ubicación es muy buena porque está todo accesible. Edgar muy atento en todo momento. Por lo mismo que es un espacio abierto había muchos mosquitos pero dejaron repelente y plaquitas lo cual ayudó bastante pero de ahí en más sin problemas.

We stayed in this house rental for 3 Weeks Carlos was the perfect host, very communicative helpful. The house is a comfortable, quirky traditional Mexican style urban house with an open roof (with a metal grate for security). The bathroom is small but perfectly functional. The kitchen is equipped to make meals (but if you're in Guadalajara for a week or less, why not just go out and enjoy). If you want an antiseptic, new, sparkling airbnb, look in Colonia Americana and pay double. The location of the house is like the center of a wheel with all directions a 20 minute walk, west to Cental Historico and downtown, north to Santa Teresita, and east to the Colonia Americana neighborhood. Walking at night is safe. Must go places to eat and drink walking distance from the house: La Fonda de la Noche, 251 calle jesus , a legend of deliciousness. El Habanero Negro for cocktails and innovative eats (10 minute walk) De la O Cantina, for innovative drinks and food, where all the hipsters go.

Excelente lugar y muy buena ubicación, solo al momento que llegamos olía un poco mal y era porque no habían sacado la basura, pero fuera de ese pequeño inco todo fue excelente

Great place to stay. I’ve always stayed at the Hilton in midtown. This place has everything you need and a lot better than staying at the hotel. Great price for everything that comes with it. Will definitely stay there again.
