Wonderful house with 600 sq. meters of land. Two floors beautifully decorated with style and fine finishes, 4 bedrooms and 10 comfortable double beds for 16 or more people. It has a private pool and Jacuzzi (heated). A beautiful garden and terrace, barbecue. The accommodation is ideal for a stay with family or friends. No parties with loud music. It has a nice Jacuzzi, and a very large park is 45 steps away. It is a duplex house located on the ground floor, it has a space to park a medium-sized car. This house is amazing, the architecture is so well made it is a modern home with the decor so beautiful. The rooms have everything you need for a good stay for a family trip or friends trip. The location is just in the heart of the city, Alberto and Patty were really good hosts who were available at the time we needed them. The jacuzzi is a big extra to enjoy, the house is well safe with codes to enter and it is just as described. I give it a 10/10

I don't think the photos do to how beautiful the house is. The place is amazing, surrounded by nature, the area is totally fenced, very safe, it has two barbecues: one on the terrace and the other in the pool, it has air conditioning and the pool and jacuzzi are heated. There is a super nice sidewalk to walk around the subdivision, you can see the sunrise or sunset from there. My friends and I had a very nice stay. Mayra was extremely friendly and responded immediately to our messages. We loved it and will definitely be back.
