The vacation home and garden house are located on a large plot, next to the main house in the beautifully landscaped private garden. It borders the Brabantse Wal nature reserve, where hiking and cycling are wonderful. The garden house functions as a second bedroom (no bathroom) and is located in the middle of the nature garden. Antwerp is a 20-minute drive. Rosada outlet is 15 minutes away by car. The gardens at the house are organic, wild and made for insects, amphibians and animals.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

The apartment is divided into a living room (with kitchen and sofa bed) and a bedroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and has access to the garden. The garden is shared with the owner. There is parking space at the market and in the Bosstraat. The apartment is available for rent for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of one month.

The apartment with its own entrance consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom/WC. In the kitchen, there is a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, combination microwave and induction cooktop. You can also use a toaster, pans and tableware so you can enjoy a delicious meal at home. The bedroom has air conditioning, so you can sleep wonderfully even during hot nights. In the living room, there is a sofa bed.
