We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the hot tub impressed us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall it was a really great trip!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully decorated. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

This place is really something special, extremely large, especially the huge terrace, which offers every support. If you want to learn about the country and its people, this is the place to be. You immediately feel at home. We especially enjoyed the different attentions, sometimes there were free eggs, from the free-range chickens, then freshly harvested cherries or garlic. We'll definitely be back.

The accommodation was cozy and rural, it suited us perfectly. Zeljko was constantly helpful and lives only 50 m away.

We spent 2 weeks at the place and felt very comfortable. Super quiet location and the beach is right outside the door. We'll be back.

The place was great. The beach was fantastic, the pool was good, but unfortunately the lady who is probably responsible for the bar there was very rude. Children were not allowed to play in the pool, also communication with the lady who monitored the whole thing was not possible because she didn't understand a word of English. The only language that understands the fun brake is coratic. I correct you master the word no in english. Other visitors felt the same way. Otherwise, you can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has an en-suite bathroom, but you have to walk across the hallway. That's okay. On the ground floor is another double bedroom with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with the bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with a pool and outdoor kitchen is amazing. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very kind host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning villa. The property is finished to a very high specification, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort and style. The pool was a definite highlight—beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made settling in effortless. The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. Our stay in this idyllic location was absolutely wonderful. The villa was pristine and the breathtaking views really made this trip unforgettable. On top of everything else Danijela was a lovely, welcoming and responsive host. We really appreciated all her efforts to make our stay as easy as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you want a cozy stay without noise and very close to not crowded beach, this place is definitely for you. I felt like at home

It's a dream come true! The accommodation at Sanja's was perfect – very high quality, sparkling clean and with a fantastic view. The jacuzzi and the entire wellness area were well maintained and invited you to relax every day. Also outside on the terrace we could enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful view wonderfully. If you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be. Absolute recommendation!

The landlords were very friendly and accommodating and always available to us. The hot tub was already preheated upon arrival. The apartment is small, but absolutely sufficient for 2 people. In addition, the landlords offered a transfer from the airport to the accommodation. Highly recommend.

Everything was just as expected. A traditional Dalmation cottage but with all the modern amenities. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Lovely huge bedroom with TV and much needed air conditioning. Very firm but comfortable bed. Julija and her husband were very responsive and very friendly. We were made to feel extremely welcome. Nice touches provided like wine and home made liqueur with some snacks. We loved the area and travelled to some other villages in close proximity. We would particularly recommend a trip to Nin! On our last evening there was a festival in Sukosan square with traditional music and food. We would wholeheartedly recommend Julija’s house and we would definitely wish to stay there if travelling to Croatia again!

We spent 5 days in Anita's apartment and it was like being at home! Everything was comfortable and clean, and we loved having breakfast on the small balcony under the vine pergola! The area is very quiet, convenient and full of services (the supermarket a few meters away is definitely a plus!).

Everything we wanted and imagined we got by staying in this beautiful cottage in a remote location. The only sounds are birds singing and the wind in the treetops. Kind Nataša welcomed us and instructed us in all the amenities that the cottage offers, and if someone doubts whether they could be in a place without electricity and water, we would just add that three nights were not enough for us to get bored of all that the "cottage does not have" (as described on the host's page), and why we actually chose it. Beautiful place for complete... thanks to the hosts. If there is an opportunity, we will come again without any doubt... D&D

We had a wonderful stay at Ivan’s apartment. It’s just a short walk to the beach and the supermarket, and even the old town is within walking distance or a quick taxi ride away. The apartment was well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and felt very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the cozy garden in the backyard. Ivan was a very friendly and welcoming host 😊
