Vacation rentals with beach access in Yves

I thank Estelle and Aurélie again for this impeccable short stay, disconnected, with miles of beautiful beach accessible from the garden. 🧡 The accommodation is ultra clean, functional (nothing is missing), quiet, with panoramic views and beautiful sea. Chatelaillon beach 3 km away adds to the charm of this very good location. It was perfect for a break.

We spent a very enjoyable week in Valerie's apartment. She and her husband welcomed us at the door even though our flight was delayed. A gift of brioche , orange juice and a locally produced aperitif was a nice touch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one could possibly need. it was really quiet in spite of being on the Quai which is a hive of activity. She replied to any communication within minutes. Highly recommended.

Great stay in La Rochelle. Marine is a great host, responding quickly to messages. The accommodation is great and very convenient, close to the old port and everything is within walking distance. We were 2 adults and 1 baby and Marine provided us with a travel crib and even small toys. So many small touches that made this stay so pleasant. I'd recommend it without so much as a second thought!

Well what a fantastic few days we had. I can’t stress what a fabulous house this is. It has everything we needed. Little garden and off road parking. It was spotless. Stéphane gave us a bottle of his home made apple juice. Absolutely delicious. Buses were very handy and very inexpensive. I can’t praise Stéphane or his house enough. A little gem of a find

Super Host, large and bright apartment with a very nice decor and lots of facilities. View from the window of the pretty building of the Marché des Marennes with its Baltard-style architecture and the three restaurants less than a minute away. 10 min by bike to the beach (thank you for the bike:)). The large parking lot of Place Carnot is 100 m away. Special mention for the layout of the apartment (there must be about twenty light points and sockets and the kitchen is used with much more than the essentials). Thank you for everything, we'll be back with pleasure.

The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Tour de la Lanterne, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the beach of La Concurrence. The place is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the Port des Minimes. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station.

A very central and comfortable apartment on the first floor. The location at the market and close to good coffee shops and restaurants is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, a nice shower and use of a plug in fan for hot evenings. The second bedroom is smaller but we didn’t use this. Baby facilities of a cot, changing table etc also very useful. Thank you Clotilde!

Thoughtful, available and responsive host, very well-equipped, clean, very well-located rental close to all amenities and beaches. To be done again without any problem.

Pleasant accommodation, clean and faithful to the photos. Dominique was very adaptable on schedules. Very good stay.

Nadia place is on a quiet residential cul-de- sac on edge of a village , private entrance & beautiful garden to enjoy. Everything is in Immaculate condition, a great well equipped kitchen that was a joy to cook in & Nadia has thought of everything ! Loved spending time with Nadia & her husband who are both great hosts. For us it was a special place to finish our little French tour . Totally recommend staying here.

Nice place to stay within walking distance of a mini golf course and one of the beaches of Fouras. To access the city center and the Grande Plage doable on foot but also by car place available. Perfect for a couple with a child The owner is very responsive and offered us things that were happening in Fouras

We had a lovely Pentecost weekend with the family (7 adults and 3 children). The description is as advertised, the rental is very well-equipped, we can also mention 4 bikes, a plancha and... above all, a great calm! Thanks Chris BC

Had a lovely stay at Géraldine’s. Comfortable and clean home with everything you could need. Location quiet but within short walking distance to supermarket and pretty square with a boulangerie and couple of restaurants as well as the tourist office. Having the bikes to use as and when was a huge bonus - we enjoyed our cycle to other villages. In the evening hearing the swifts swooping by whilst sitting in the courtyard was very relaxing. No hesitation to recommend.

Thanks to Lionel and Aurélie (the concierge) Ideally located accommodation, 250 meters from the sea (a very nice view of the squares). The center of Angoulins is a 5-minute walk with small local shops (butcher/delicatessen, bakery, bank, restaurant, bar/PMU/tobacconist, etc.) as well as a small fruit and vegetable market, seafood, etc. The accommodation was spacious, quiet, very easy to access... the small outdoor courtyard is very pleasant and not overlooked... Roller shutters, each window has its own shutter, equipped kitchen, washing machine, walk-in shower, etc... Very responsive hosts, thank you for this accommodation which made our stay very pleasant... I highly recommend it. We'll be back if the place is available.

We had a great time at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I would recommend it 100%. We'll be back!

Pleasant accommodation overlooking the lake and sea, really peaceful and quiet. Parking space, clean accommodation and all the minimum necessities. Walking distance to the beach in less than 15 min. And Pauline is very responsive by message. I recommend it. Thanks 😊

Had a great time at Arnaud's apartment. Very well hosted by Fadia. The location is perfect for going to La Rochelle in 10 minutes on foot by the sea.

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Valerie's apartment. Tastefully decorated, we were pleasantly surprised by all the little touches and equipment. Great location, we were able to do anything on foot. Living during the day but quiet at night. Not insignificant little more: private parking in a city where all spaces are paid. I recommend it. Looking forward to coming back to this little cocoon.

We had a great time in Châtelaillon. Everything was OK at Cyril's. We'll be back next year.
