I couldn't say enough great things about David's home, it was so cozy and relaxing. With the view of the mountains from the window and the quiet and peaceful location, Desert Place was the perfect place for my husband and I. David is an absolute pleasure and so incredibly kind, I could not recommend this stay enough to you all! Definitely will be back!!

First of Timothy was an awesome host He helped me and my family feel right at home. Check in was fast and easy beautiful spacious house pictures online don’t do justice for how spacious and high ceilings make it felt right at home. Everything was wonderful And only a couple of houses away from St. Paul’s venue which we had a quince event. Close to downtown Yuma for some local restaurants and brewery . Me and my family will definitely be back. Thank you Timothy for an awesome weekend.

Bianca is a wonderful host who takes great pride in her property. It is exactly as described and is truly one of the most wonderful and relaxing places you could ask for. It's in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and is close to everything you could possibly want or wish to do. I offer my highest recommendation for this lovely property and exceptional host. Love this house. Felt like home. Very peaceful.

The place was a comfortable one bedroom with full kitchen. We had a dog with us so the fenced yard was appreciated, as well as the open area for walks two blocks away. There was also plenty of space for our camper inside the front yard area.

This place is a great find for yuma. This is our second stay here. House is huge, yard is great for dogs and the pool you cant beat. We really enjoy staying here. We spent all our time outdoors for the holiday weekend and thats exactly why we picked this place. The yard, pool, kitchen area are all great. Our stay was slow and perfect and the house made us feel at home.

Great value. Great location (next to West Wetlands Park). Location was close to downtown Yuma and walkable, peaceful location. Outdoor patio was well maintained and felt very rustic. My family and I enjoyed a nice meal outside. Would definitely book this place again, if available.

Katie's place is really great and she's an amazing host. I felt right at home. I stayed for 3 weeks for work. The kitchen is fully equipped, I even made some stew in a slow cooker. She was also very responsive and helpful. I had to get my credit card mailed out to me and there was USPS delay. She was very helpful. I would definitely stay at Katie's again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Maria’s. The house is very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Maria is very friendly as well.

Loi Dene was very responsive. She did ask me to call her when we were ready to check in so.ahe could meet us and give us the key.

The location can't get much better. Great patio and decent kitchen.

This is an old motel remodeled. The place is clean and bare bones. The price is astonishing for what you receive. It is half the price of other hotels and twice the value. This is my second stay in less than a year. You could do far worse than staying here.

Very beautiful, well kept home. Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. The backyard is private too. Would highly recommend. And Lisa is so easy to communicate with! Hope to be back🤗

It was a really good place to stay

The home was very nicely furnished and had everything we could have needed. We also loved the added touch of all the games and puzzles available!!

A 5-star exceptional satisfaction stay, just like home ,as soon as you walk in you feel the good vibes,very comfortable gorgeous decoration atmosphere well equipped,great experience, very clean beds are so comfortable house is highly furnished expressing gratitude for the positive experience hospitality,will be back asap.

Great stay! Well equipped kichen, and very clean! The back patio was lovely and had a hummingbird feeder! We made them some sugar water and thoroughly enjoyed watching them from inside. The clothes steamer was very useful to remove wrinkles from traveling.

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as great as the first. We appreciate the care and attention Veronica gives to the house and our family.

We love staying at Theo's clean, comfortable, and private home. It's walking distance to parks, and the historical downtown with restaurants, shops and a brewery. I also enjoy walking to the local library with a nice park to sit and read in the shade. We really enjoy staying at Theo's place when visiting Yuma. Highly recommend his place.

We had a great stay, location was touched away and private but still close enough to everything to make things more convenient. The area surrounding the back patio is really pretty, made for very relaxing evenings.
