Looks exactly like pictures (super cute), very clean, and safe with 2 locking doors and a locking gate to park car in. Maritza was amazing in helping me find the place, Google wasn't working for me nothing wrong with her directions. Brought us great smelling fluffy blankets, checked in on us via texting seeing if we needed anything. If you are coming for dental the place is not close for walking, you will need a ride or car, but its 7 minutes away via car, so pretty easy. Would 100% stay here again!

Love this house. Felt like home. Very peaceful.

The place was a comfortable one bedroom with full kitchen. We had a dog with us so the fenced yard was appreciated, as well as the open area for walks two blocks away. There was also plenty of space for our camper inside the front yard area.

Thank you for providing a cool place to get out of the heat! Such beautiful views from the patio of lake Martinez. And did I mention the cold AC! Thx again!

Awesome place to stay for family or remote work. Katie’s place has everything one needs to cook, clean and live. Will definitely come back. Very centrally located to all the sites we were working on so it minimized driving to and from.

I really enjoyed my stay at Maria’s. The house is very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Maria is very friendly as well.

Loi Dene was very responsive. She did ask me to call her when we were ready to check in so.ahe could meet us and give us the key.

The location can't get much better. Great patio and decent kitchen.

This is an old motel remodeled. The place is clean and bare bones. The price is astonishing for what you receive. It is half the price of other hotels and twice the value. This is my second stay in less than a year. You could do far worse than staying here.

Very beautiful, well kept home. Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. The backyard is private too. Would highly recommend. And Lisa is so easy to communicate with! Hope to be back🤗

What a sweet spot!! After a full day of travel this place was a welcome respite! We were so tired we didn’t see the unlock button at first even though we looked for it, thanks for the patience and your help! 😊 The apt. Is well cared for and had amenities we needed, like a real freezer! And everything was pristine clean. The cooling system worked great and was quiet not cycling loudly like some for a good nights rest. And the neighborhood was off the highway and any main roads so very peaceful and quiet. We will consider resting there again if we can get it on our next visit through Yuma. Thank you!!😊

This was my wife & I's 3rd trip to Yuma and this was easily the best house we've stayed at so far. We live in Gaston, Oregon so we just aren't used to the heat but Jo Jo's house kept us cool, relaxed and stress-free. The pool was incredible, but with constant 90+ temps we might try her other property that has a covered pool for more shade. Thank you for everything!!

We had a great stay, location was touched away and private but still close enough to everything to make things more convenient. The area surrounding the back patio is really pretty, made for very relaxing evenings.
