Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Yucatán Peninsula

Sophie’s place was really nice and cozy. I stayed there for a month. Sophie was extremely responsive and accommodative. The place has everything you can need for a longer-term stay and work from home, including the kitchenware and a decent WiFi. Free weekly cleaning was included in price , which was awesome! The place is located a bit further away from the touristy area, which for me personally was a good thing, although it’s still quite walkable, about 20 min (and the beach is pretty much at the same distance). There’s a huge grocery store/shopping center MEGA 7 min away, which was very convenient. I recommend Sophie’s place for someone who’s looking for something more quiet and relaxed, who likes to stay away from crazy tourist areas and prefer to live where local people live. I’d be happy to stay at Sophie’s place again next time I’m in Playa 😊

An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

La ubicación del departamento estuvo súper céntrica, para la central de ADO y la zona hotelera, había supermercados (Soriana, Walmart, Chedraui, costco) a unos 20 minutos aproximadamente caminando. En cuestión del departamento estaba limpio, y fresco a la llegada, ya que habían prendido el aire acondicionado que está en la recámara principal, este funciona muy bien al refrescar el departamento. Gaby que fue nuestra anfitriona, estuvo al pendiente de todo, contestaba súper rápido a nuestras dudas. En resumen, tuvimos una excelente estadía 10/10

Desde un inicio las descripciones fueron exactas, para llegar fue muy fácil y el lugar es muy bonito, limpio y muy cerca al muelle y malecón. La atención de la anfitriona fue siempre muy accesible, atenta y amable. El lugar esta muy bonito y tiene fácil acceso a transporte publico, muelle y malecón. Nos encanto!!!

This is great place with very good location and very useful amenities. Ana Paula was a great host providing local recommendations and being very responsive. Martha the housekeeper was also very friendly and willing to help from getting a cab or providing recommendations in Cozumel. I stayed with my family including one child and would stay again during my return to Cozumel.

Ok, as far as the descrition of the place I feel like it could have been a little more detailed. Maybe it was just my perception of the convo etc. But let me tell YOU. It was WAY better than what I thought it was gonna be. We had this HUGE home on the property that was immaculate, comfortable and private. So, there is a pool outside of this villa, it is wonderful. It's not too big but big enough to escape the humidity. There may be kids yelling in it in the am, which you could hear from the living room etc, but who cares really. This place is a small compund really with many other condos but it didn't feel overcrowded or anything like that. Theres a restaurant and bar right on the beach too! There is 24H concierge, hello.... so helpful. They got our grocieries ready for us upon arrival and even helped with 2 huge boxes of tequila we had sent there to suprise our friends. Check in was easy as well, no issues. It is right in the heart of the town... walk to everything!!! Loved it!

This place was close enough to town to catch cheap tuk tuk, scooter ride, or walk to town, and far enough to be away from the hustle of the cruise ships arriving and traffic in city center. The neighborhood felt safe, and the grounds are also very secure too. The staff were friendly and super responsive every time I had a question. Grocery store is convenient, the staff has great and trustworthy suggestions for local resources, and there’s a perfect breakfast spot just a few meters away. The internet was a little unreliable (weak signal, tough to log on) but otherwise this was a perfect home base.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool, und auch wir konnten gut entspannen. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

This place was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything was in great shape; nothing felt old or broken, which I especially appreciated after reading some of the previous reviews. Both showers are working perfectly now. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, shampoo, and drinking water was thoughtfully provided by the host. You can feel the care here. The infinity pool was lovely and there were plenty of chaise lounges. Also, the private pool and sitting area was very nice and gave a sense of privacy and relaxation. And yes, this is absolutely the best location in Playa del Carmen. We would definitely recommend this to our friends. Muchas gracias! ✨

Ana is awesome! The condo is absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. The instructions were to turn off all air conditioners before you leave the house. We were so afraid the house was going to be an oven but it was not. We closed the drapes and turned off all the units and the house actually stayed very cool and it was 95 degrees outside. The other beautiful thing is that Ana has a serious filtration system on the drinking water fountain at the sink. We hate plastic bottles so it was nice to fill up our reusable bottles for every outing with fresh clean water.

What a view if this is available you should book it. The best part of centro i feel. stayed in playa months over the last 3 years and have stayed at many places I really like this building......

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was nice and quiet! There’s a wonderful coffee shop in walking distance and a quick walk to main road to catch a cab. Lovely place and decor is beautiful. Loved our stay. Sergio was very responsive and friendly.

Ricky's Airbnb was exactly what I was looking for when traveling to Belize, right near the city and a place to feel at home for the week. It was very clean and spacious! I highly recommend Ricky's place if you want a comfortable and convenient stay in Belize.

Otto and his wife are great hosts! They were very responsive and make you feel like family. The apartment's living room, dining, kitchen area is cozy, however, the main bedroom is much larger than I expected. They have beach towels and a beach umbrella in the main bedroom that you can use. We put these to great use as we visited a different beach each day we were in cancun. The apartment is a short 4 block walk to the main square when you can catch the bus to the beaches. The bus gets extremely full and it could be difficult to get a seat or even space to stand. An alternate option is to use Uber or Didi for ride share services. There was some construction on the corner as a new restaurant is being built. However, you can only hear the construction in the living room area, not in the main bedroom. This was not an issue for us sleeping in. There is an Oxxo at the end of the block and a Walmart express across the main street. This was very convenient for us.

la verdad el lugar está muy bien ubicado queda a 20 minutos del aeropuerto y a 20 minutos de plazas comerciales como por ejm la isla, muy tranquila la zona y confortable el lugar. lo recomiendo ampliamente
