An incredible Airbnb - highly recommended! We stayed here for a week while visiting Mérida, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is wonderfully walkable: close enough to the city center to enjoy everything, but just far enough to feel relaxed and peaceful. For our group, the layout was ideal. The three bedrooms are nicely spread out, giving everyone their own space while still offering great common areas to gather. The photos don’t do justice to just how spacious and sprawling the home really is. We made great use of the pool and kitchen throughout the week. The host was super responsive any time we had a question, and parking was never an issue, even on busy weekend nights. Truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I needed this much space again.

The stay was really excellent, Moises' service was extraordinary, lots of places nearby to dine and a few blocks from downtown Chetumal, I highly recommend it, thank you for your recommendations and support Moises.

Very spacious and comfortable beach house. It had everything we needed for kids and adults to have fun. In addition, the location on the beach is spectacular, beautiful beach and sunsets.

Everything great about the place and location....the weather wasn't! 37 degrees everyday, but the pool was absolute heaven! We felt very comfortable in the house which was great because with the heat, we mostly stayed home. I had dropped by ID, received a phone call from Pim which I hadn't heard but he was already on his way to the airport to return it to me!!!! An angel, definitely went out of his way. We would definitely come back to the same place, just not in May. Thanks, Pim and Rita, who found my ID.

This is a 5 stars place no doubt! If we could give more than 5 stars for cleanliness we would as we found the house spotless on all fronts. Great communication for ease of check in and check out. Excellent for groups given the numerous seating areas that can accommodate 8-10 people all at once, outdoor as well as indoor. Accessing the ocean for a swim is swift although you have to cross over the concrete wall or step over sideways so maybe a little difficult for low-mobility individuals. Don't miss these raved about sunset swims tho! Would definitely come back!

I had a bachelorette trip here and I got so many compliments and thank you’s from all the guests for booking this airbnb. It was truly beautiful! We loved how we could walk to the beach, cafes, and restaurants and we felt incredibly safe due to the area being gated. The pool and lounge chairs were used all day. Seriously a great place. Peaceful and beautiful. Having Dominga (the house cleaner) was awesome. We also used the airport transportation company and private chef company that the airbnb recommended - both were amazing!

Gaby was amazing throughout our stay. She stayed in contact, answered our questions and went above and beyond when we needed something printing. The house is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. Gaby has gone out of her way to make you feel at home with extra special touches like a range of hats, sun lotion and insect spray, buckets and spades for the kids all available. The pool area is beautiful. We loved spending time out there and in the jacuzzi. The sign on the wall says that she is always happy to answer questions and this is really true. we loved our stay and would recommend it to everybody.

The best stay in Xul-Ha, the property is beautiful, it has everything you need, right by the lagoon so we didn't need to go out much to different places, it's all you need for a great family vacation. The house is quite large, we loved that everyone had their space and privacy. The only thing I could recommend would be to change the showers, even so we could use them, however there was no good pressure. Lourdes' service was impeccable, she was very attentive the whole time and gave us all the recommendations! We'll definitely be back!

Tarpon Bay was everything we hoped for—and more. The photos and descriptions are spot-on, but the real experience is even better. From the moment we booked, Julie was incredibly communicative and helpful. When we arrived, Ara, her housekeeper, was waiting for us at the water taxi and made sure we were settled in. She was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and exactly what we were looking for. A bonus was having the hotel right across the street. We practically had the beach to ourselves the entire time. The hotel staff were all amazing, the food was delicious, and the drinks were even better. If you’re looking for something a little removed from the busier parts of town, this is the perfect spot. It’s a bit of a ride into San Pedro, and yes, the golf cart path can get a little bumpy—but that’s part of the adventure. Just be mindful of “mosquito hour” right at sunset if you’re riding back from town!

This villa was exactly what our group was looking for…a beautiful setting away from the crowds where we could swim, play, cook and relax. The family of caretakers live just next door and went above and beyond to meet our every need. They even shared their food with us and when we left their young son gifted our family a small lego ship…his genuine smile melted our hearts.

I had a wonderful experience with Mar y Miel place, the house was beautiful and clean! My host Rachel was a really friendly and helpful, and Nadia helps me with my tours and she was also friendly and helpful too ☺️ i do recommend 100% !!

We stayed at Jorge's place with the 6 of us for 5 days. This AirBnB is abaolutely gorgeous. It's like you walked straight into a pinterest picture. The house is super well furnished, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and everything was very clean. and the views.. oh my. beautiful! The bedrooms are very spacious and beautifully made and the bathrooms have everything you need and are clean! Jorge was very flexible about an earlier check in, welcomed us at the house and explained all the important things. He also provided us with some local tips for restaurants and made sure to answer all our questions in a very timely manner. We had a great time at this place and we will for sure consider coming back in the future.

Excellent apartment, very well-equipped, quiet. The rooftop terrace is a real plus, very nice. You can do anything on foot easily. There's parking if you have a car. Carlos is the best. In short, go for it!!!

Loved my experience in this very special villa. The copper tub is a great touch and it's absolutely priceless to have your own private pool. Great communication with the host. I will be back!

Fernanda is an excellent host, nice and attentive, and the photos don't do justice to how wonderful the house is. It's super well located, where you feel you will find peace, it's beautiful, and the location is excellent. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's worth the cost, and Fer's service. The house is new and every detail was very well thought out. It gives peace and tranquility and above all security. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it 100%

What a beautiful and lovely cabin! All accommodations and appliances, furniture and mattresses are high quality and with good taste. The hosts are very accommodating and respond quickly for any inquiries we had. I highly recommend this place. The views are stunning , the beach is pristine clean with very soft sand and clear water and NO sargassum. Instead of going to playa del Carmen and the seaweed infested Caribbean - choose Gulf of Mexico instead! Have fun and definitely book this beautiful cabin in paradise. A quick hint: if you are driving in Campeche be careful of the local police. We have had some unpleasant experiences they are corrupt and ask for bribes if they stop you.

If you’re looking for a complete escape from reality… this is the place for you. It’s beautiful, quiet, there’s no loud noises, traffic, or annoying neighbors. Just the ocean, nature and a tranquil place to reset. We saw Hawksbill sea turtles laying their eggs, flamingos flying over head, crabs running sideways, and geckos calling to each other all around. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend staying here.

The house exceeded my expectations. I did not account from the time change and arrived an hour later than I thought and the host was understanding and stayed late to show me the property. The house I beautiful and surrounded by nature. Theo recommendations on what to do and where to eat in Bacalar were great. They were always responsive and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Amazing accommodation, very responsive host and beautiful location. The arrival is a little scary because the accommodation is a little lost, but don't worry, once in the accommodation you will have a universe for yourself. In the accommodation there is everything, everything works very well and is clean. We had an incredible stay at Casa Catarina!

Originally I was dropped off to the wrong location, so I was even more relieved when I finally got to the condo. It was exactly as the pictures shown. But better. Edgar (co-host) was absolutely phenomenal from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The place was very clean. Upon arrival it’s hard to tell what the neighborhood offers but there are boutique restaurants close by and the city and beach are about 10-15 commute via car or atv/vespa. Incredible quick responses from host staff. There was minimal construction near by but it didn’t bother me. All in all 10/10 experience for me. I would stay here again.
