We stayed a couple of nights in this lovely flat. Catarina was very responsive, friendly and made sure we had a wonderful stay. The flat itself was clean, calm and is very close to the center. Only a couple more plates and kitchen utensils would be nice. Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodation, the view is amazing. From the amenities, everything you need to make you feel at home, from the kitchen to the bathroom and more. I would definitely be back!

The communication was very comforting from the moment we booked. Berenice really aims to please , she is quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo is exactly like the pictures , the surroundings are much and beautiful, everything was as expected and more ! I felt supported and guided with any questions or concerns, she was quick to answer and always with a smile . I will hopefully be back many times to come !

Wonderful place! Ideal location and super helpful staff. The restaurant was very expensive though. Massage on the dock was exceptional as were the staff and the excursions. Swim with manatees!

This was my fifth stay at Villa Mérida and it most certainly won’t be my last. It is a tranquil oasis within the heart of a beautiful and dynamic city. There aren’t words sufficient to describe how welcoming and kind the staff are, including Batiste, the gracious concierge. We were so sad that we weren’t able to catch him before our departure to say goodbye. The Villa itself is pure magic. The pool was recently upgraded with a heating system that provides the perfect temperature for a relaxing dip. The landscaping is a tropical dream come true. The kitchen is the perfect place to meet other guests, grab coffee or espresso, and prepare a quick meal if you don’t feel like venturing out. If you are lucky enough to find rooms available, book them. You won’t be disappointed!

Louise was so sweet. She welcomed us and gave us good recommendations about where to go and what to do. She always made sure that we had all that we needed. Beautiful, private and well maintained property. A big plus was the bikes available for free. We could visit the island easily. Looking forward to coming back!

Absolute beachfront location. A dream spot. Room was magical and very clean. The Ikal staff were so quick and responsive, it made all the difference, we loved our 3 day stay here.

The best of the best for staying in Bacalar! Beautiful accommodation with pool and perfect air conditioning when it's hot. A little extra for the beautiful and friendly outdoor spaces and the half indoor half outdoor bathroom. I really enjoyed staying here!

The facilities and rooms are beautiful, good reception service, very flexible, the beach is a 5-minute walk away and it's the area where we saw it cleanest and practically empty. It's 15 minutes from downtown, but you can rent bikes or they can share information to order taxis.

We have so many wonderful things to say about this hotel. Even before you get there the concierge team is helpful in arranging anything you might need on the trip. Once you get there you are treated like family and assisted by a very responsive team. The location itself is amazing to look at and is nice and peaceful. I could go on and on but, overall, this is a place we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel in Tulum away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. A big thank you to Mattias, Osiel and everyone else who helped make our stay unforgettable!

I liked the location behind the former convent, Luca has a great view and the rooms are very cozy, ideal for relaxing with the atmosphere and the aromas they had in the room

The gallery is very nice and interesting, the beds are comfortable and you really appreciate that the rooms have air conditioning, having two bathrooms is very useful when you stay with more than one person. Ed was very attentive and kind at all times, I highly recommend him, we hope to stay with Ed next year.

Great vibe and a beautiful setting. Israel was out day-to-day host and was always cheerful and accommodating. Very relaxed camp atmosphere and lots of space to hang out.

The host was super responsive. Edgar was amazing at receiving us at the property and updating us on anything we needed. Only thing I can say is that the house is way nicer in person then photos. It’s beautiful home and has a wonderful location !

What a beautiful place to stay in Tulum and beautifully decorated for my friends’ 40th birthday. Our entire group had a wonderful time enjoying the private pool and the other amenities on the property. Through the hosts’ partners, we loved having a private chef for 2 of our meals and were close enough to the beach clubs and other restaurants. One big caveat for everyone who stays in Tulum should know that the sewage system is extremely sensitive and that excessive amounts of toilet paper will slow down or clog the toilet! One of our toilets was clogged and fixed within 24 hours. The property manager was very responsive through any issues!

Amazing spot! We rented the whole house, the bedroom on the second floor have an inside bathroom and the bedrooms downstairs have outside shower and baths. I thought the outside shower was going to feel weird but it’s truly an experience, the shower was absolutely beautiful and definitely a highlight on the Airbnb. The pool was so nice for an afternoon splash to cool down the heat after walking around the city. Everything else around the house is absolutely beautiful, they did a really good job on decorating the house and cleaning the spot. I will definitely stay here again!
