Very clean, in order and all super friendly.

Great location, quiet street, near heart of city. Dance classes and rehearsals added to the vibe. Communal kitchen could use some tidying but really enjoyed our stay.

They were very friendly, our plane was delayed and still waiting for us and it was 12pm. Excellent for resting, cold weather and hot water if you wish.

We had a great stay at Yolotl’s beautiful place, we felt very much at home! As there were no other guests, she was very kind to offer us the second room for our son at no extra cost. The house is very close to the Merida ring which made easy for day trips in the surroundings (Uxmal, Mayapan, cenotes) and the pool was perfect to cool off in the afternoon. We used the outdoor kitchen all the time, and our son really enjoyed the playground and toys. We can very much recommend!

Beautiful house, with many amenities and for all kinds of people, Tony is always helpful and with very good talks, delicious coffee and food too Accessibility and comfort was something we truly had and at no time did we feel discomfort or lack of anything, I would definitely stay again 💗

Viviane helped make our stay very comfortable. Her one room guest house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Location is about 15-20 min. walk to the centre, if that is not an issue then this is the place for you!

This is an absolutely beautiful place. The room had comfortable beds, a large hammock in the room, a bathroom that even had a fan you can aim at you while "being busy". (Don't laugh, it's a great idea in hot weather!). The room had fans and ac which together kept it quite comfortable. It's steps from the main square and we easily could walk everywhere. The outside was initially hard to find as my phone wasn't downloading photos, but it's the pink house across from the green cafe, but any local will help you if you're lost. There's no numbers on the house, but a quick peek thru the gate will assure you that this is the right place when you see the beautiful interior! And wow, the back yard was just what we needed traveling with a toddler! An outdoor kitchen with everything we needed to cook, a huge sitting area, and a big yard with two kitties that our toddler spent hours playing with! Clotheslines to hang our wet clothes after swimming in the cenote. Perfect for families!!

Spectacular!! Eva and Ivan really THANK YOU both for allowing us to know their beautiful home, full of peace, harmonious. Since we entered, we feel completely out of the city. There is a difference between deep cleaning and cleaning and their real rooms take a hundred. The most beautiful picina in the city by a lot. Fish, turtles, las flores. A shadow, a peace, a magical place of day and spectacular at night with the lights! God bless you. We will be back soon!!! We are in love with your home!

Beautiful room and bathroom with a small kitchen space. It was very clean. I liked having a fridge. There was also drinking water provided. I saw 3 dogs on site but they are extra friendly and loved being petted. Air conditioner works well. There’s a fan above the bed as well. The desk is really nice for remote workers. It looks exactly like the photos. The only down side is that front large window doesn’t latch properly so someone could climb in. The window is located inside the property so that person would have to be another guest. The shower was the water saving kind which seems to be common in the area which might not appeal to people who like to have long showers. The location is great, 5 min walk to the ADO bus station and about 10-15 walk to the centre of town.

There was good communication, listing description and cleanliness, including washing machine. Easily accessible and in a quiet area close to main avenues.

The place is very comfortable, it had everything it mentioned and the stay was very pleasant, the welcome was great, I would definitely come back.

Roger and Andres were always attentive to what we needed, they recommended places to eat and visit as tourists, they even guided us with the rental of the car, really excellent hosts. Very friendly, attentive, everything according to the description, very nice and in excellent condition, we felt welcomed and welcomed from the first minute. A very nice, cozy space, and Adriana was always willing to offer us a special stay. We saw flamingos flying over the sea, and on the coast, schools of fish, very early in the morning. As well as special sunsets.

I enjoyed my stay very much! Apartment was cute and felt safe there. Perfect for a few days in Merida!
