Chic Downtown Designer Apt ~ 750 sq ft.

Trendy restoration in this lovely, clean farm style Victorian. Contemporary luxury at its best. Foyer, One bedroom, Large living room, dining room, Very Contemporary new bathroom with Waterfall Shower and Deep Soaking Tub. There is NO Kitchen, however we do have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee pods. No off street parking. 2 minute walk to downtown boutiques and restaurants, live entertainment. This is the front half of my home, we do share a wall, but separate units.

Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
