The house has a newly renovated 2nd floor which is now available for rent. Be quick to book your vacation, because this is a popular area! Vestbygd signs with spectacular views in the form of steep mountains, turquoise water, white beaches and not least the northern lights. 100 m up the street is a grocery store and right next door is The Black Pot. This place has to be experienced!

Nice little beaches, and the possibility of swimming, free diving and paddling (if you have your own kayak with you). You'll love my place because in the middle of the region Vesterålen, Lofoten and Harstad,, the kitchen, the outdoor area, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and furry friends (pets). It is also a quiet and peaceful area, without the big traffic noise as this is not by the main road. Quiet neighborhood.

The Blue House - Blokken

A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. The house is just renovated, and painted in colors chosen by the “blue city” artist, Bjørn Elvenes. Charger for electric cars is available for an extra fee.
