Maria made the stay exceptionally easy and peaceful. It felt as though it was our own house but re-located right next to Ogunquit beach! If we had any questions she always made sure to respond promptly, but there weren't many questions as she made the instructions very clear before we even got there! Looking forward to visiting again sometime in the future!

"Extraordinary Architectural Masterpiece" pretty much sums up the apartment. Nice open spaces with elegant lighting and design touches throughout. Lots of windows ensured it was bright and offered great views of the city (often made possible by an abundance of parking lots close by - this is a good thing!). We were able to walk to a number of great restaurants, none of which were more than 10 minutes on foot. Likewise, the ferry to Peaks Island is an easy walk (and worth the trip, particularly if you rent a bike which is super easy). Alice was super responsive when I reached out with questions and updates on timing. So all good and glad we stayed there!

Super cute, everything you need and nothing you don’t, and can’t beat the location. Will absolutely be keeping my eyes peeled for this place next time I visit Portland. Thank you!!

Stayed alone for a week and it was very nice. The surrounding area had lots of neighbors/ people walking around w their dog or family or just going for a jog felt very safe. I had some issues with the wifi but Travis responded within 30 minutes and helped me with it. The only thing is that the walls are thin so you can hear almost everything but besides that everything else was very nice!

This Air B&B is exactly as described and pictured plus a few nice surprises left by Rick. Thank you. The place was cozy with comfortable seating and bed. Plenty of space, towels and storage. Loved the butcher block counters. Even though it rained most of the time, the kitchen was bright and "sunny". Again, thank you for having this as a rental.

We had a wonderful stay for the UNH graduation weekend. Highly recommend, peaceful setting, comfortably furnished, everything we needed. The full kitchen was very helpful and well stocked for needs, and the grounds were relaxing. Walkable to spots in Dover, easy drive to Durham, close to Portsmouth. Very responsive hosts, would love to return!

We loved our stay! The location was PERFECT. Very walkable to the downtown area, but private and quiet. The space was clean, cozy and exactly what we needed for our weekend away! Our host was flexible and responsive, I would absolutely recommend staying here

Christian replies our questions very promptly with details and politeness. The unit is very spacious and cozy with sufficient amenities and furniture. The neighborhood is super quiet and friendly. You can walk around at ease even during the night. Lots of delicious food and cute shops around and there is a nice supermarket in 10-minute walk. Overall I had a very comfortable and impressive stay here with my family.

Location, location, location. A two minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the center of town. The house is a lovely blend of historic York and modern conveniences. The photos don’t do it justice. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen contains all that you need if you like to cook, and bathrooms have plenty of towels and hot water.

we loved staying here! Our 5 yr old did not want to leave! It had everything you need for a perfect family getaway and dog friendly. Tons of toys to pick from and a great completely fenced in yard.. Beautiful location and you can walk 15 min to a super library and a little downtown area with great places to eat!

We spent the weekend here catching up with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The house was cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with beautiful views all around. We’re so thankful we got to stay and make the most of it. There’s so much to do nearby, and it’s just a quick drive to Portsmouth, NH, which has so many great places to explore. Rachel also shared some fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Heidi's home. She was an exemplary host from the beginning to the very end -- always responsive, flexible, and very helpful. She knew we were going to be arriving at nighttime, and that there would be construction going on nearby with exit closures. She took time to provide detailed instructions on how to get around those closures which alternated between two exists every night from 7pm-7am. This is their real home, so when you enter, you feel like you have entered your home away from home. Everything in the house is not just clean, but spotless. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings are just gorgeous -- especially the sunroom, which is like something out of a dream. We even saw some wild turkeys at a distance in the backyard! Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed at, this was by far the nicest and the most memorable. Thanks so much, Heidi and Dennis.

We have been going to York for about 40 yrs. and for the last few yrs. rented over Memorial Day for our family and this is our favorite so far. The home is beautiful with a very comfortable and homey feeling. Everything we needed was provided. This spot is a good fit for our family and close to Long Sands. We plan on returning in the future. Beautiful home, incredible convenience of being able to walk down a trail to the market and cafe for everything you could possibly need (and then some!) and such picturesque surroundings -- including trails on their property along with Wagon Hill Farm across the street. This property is perfection!

Amazing view and location! We loved how convenient this location was to shopping and restaurants. Having never been to Portland, this was a very pleasant surprise for us. Parking in the lot directly next to the building was easy and close. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats was so relaxing. Very comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again.

The condo was extremely clean and tidy. Location is perfect for shopping in Perkins Cove and walking the Marginal Way. Once again, another great visit!

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

Great place to stay for our family of 4. I asked for 3 beds and that request was made possible. I enjoyed the area and it was quiet and peaceful place to rest after walking around the beaches and or state parks. Amenities were very good and communication with the check in team was excellent.
