My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

Lyn was a great host and very accommodating for our toddler. The place was very clean and well stocked. Very central location so plenty of things to do. Would definitely recommend staying here

The place was perfect! Clean, had everything we needed, ample bathrooms, comfortable mattresses, good location! 💯 recommended. The house was walking distance to a nearby cafe (coffee!) and IGA supermarket with halal options + a few Muslim friendly eateries. The yard area was also a great space for the kids to expend their energy. It was clean when we arrived which was much appreciated. Weather was chilly when we were there but the heating/aircon system worked well; we were comfortably warm in the house. Laundry area (a must w kids!) was okay. A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

The host/s were extremely helpful. The place is freshly renovated and in a prime location. Very happy with the stay :)

What a gorgeous and cosy place! Walking distance to restaurants and shops in a gorgeous trendy and cosmopolitan area of Perth. Perfect place for a getaway. Quiet street and private. Immaculate and clean; everything has been thought of. Julie is a beautiful host and met us at the building as she was worried we wouldn’t have lights on for a late arrival. What a lovely above and beyond gesture. It was a pleasure meeting you Julie and would love to return.

Keisha’s place is exactly as described, peaceful, clean, spacious and the bed is really comfortable. Great value for the area. We loved the Venetian blinds inside and the place is very quiet. Keisha and Jenny were extremely accommodating hosts and went above and beyond to help. We extended by 2 nights. Thanks again for a great stay!

A home away from home, mins away from Kings Park and just 3mins walk to Jacob's ladder that provides excellent panaromic view of the city. Kasia had also provided a selection of cereals, tea and coffee for breakfast. Apartment was very clean and all toiletries were provided. Kasia has also graciously offered us a late check out when I asked her about luggage storage around city. We will definitely choose to stay again if we go back to Perth for holiday.

Lydia’s place was really lovely. Clean and tidy, modern and not cluttered. And everything we needed and more. The wine, chocolate and chips were a lovely gift. Location was great, close to CBD and easy to drive to nearby attractions. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your apartment. Would highly recommend it to others.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

A wonderful place to stay. Very cute, nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and walkable to the train. We enjoyed our stay and plan on booking this unit again next year when we visit Perth. The host were amazing.

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

An excellent location near restaurants, cafes and parks (enclosed for young children & dogs). Really well designed with all amenities and all very well maintained. Highly recommended.

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
